I like Petlink collars because they have the pet’s microchip number on the collar, so there is no doubt that your pet is chipped. High quality collars, too!

Super fast shipping of my tag

Super fast shipping of my tag! I ordered one from my other dog's Microchip company - Homeagain, and still do not have it, and it is a month today since they took my money! Homeagin just said if I had not received it within 2 more weeks to feel free to contact them then. Sure wish my other dog had the PetLink tag, they are awesome!

Certificates helped my international travel

Thank you - I didn't even anticipate EVER needing to use these, but they proved to be extremely valuable in helping me get through the airport Vet Check in Lisbon. Who would have know...glad I got them!

DEFINITELY WORTH IT

I love the products are personalised for our pets & so many options of everything.
Our beagle got out a couple times when she first came to us & I am grateful that our amazing neighbourhood used the info on the collar & tag to call us.

Customer Service

I am a member of a rescue organization and register dog's chips after adoption. Recently, I had to transfer a chip from the past owner to the current owner and was having trouble. I corresponded with Michelle and she was not only professional and helpful, but so sweet and friendly. I highly recommend the customer service at PetLink!

I like the reflective collar.

My little dog is nearly all black and I like the reflective collar on him because even in the house, when it’s dark, I can see where he is easier and seeing the collar has helped keep him from getting stepped on! And when he needs to go outside after dark, I can shine a flashlight and see the collar!
