My experience with this company was shocking. After completing my order, the item took over a month to dispatch, following multiple emails asking for updates on shipment, I was repeatedly told it'd be delivered 'within 5 days'. This was a lie. When the sweater did arrive it was terrible quality, and the embroidery was a mess. One of the dogs was completely unidentifiable as an animal, let alone looking like the picture I submitted. The embroidery was completely the wrong colour, using a light brown/tan for a dark grey dog. After months of complaining to the company, the most I have been offered is a 25% refund as the item is 'personalised' even though I can't recognise my own dogs from it. Avoid this company, it's a scam.

I ordered a custom sweatshirt featuring artwork of my deceased dog, hoping to have something meaningful to remember her by. What arrived was absolutely hideous — a complete disgrace to my beloved pet's memory.
When I contacted the company, they agreed to a full refund if I returned the item. What they failed to mention upfront is that the return ships back to China, and the shipping cost was nearly half the price of the sweatshirt itself. So their "full refund" is anything but.
To make matters worse, I have yet to receive my refund despite returning the item as instructed.
This company is a fraud. They produce terrible quality products, hide behind an overseas return process designed to discourage refunds, and then don't follow through when you do return it. What should have been a small comfort during the loss of my dog has only made the grief worse.
I am filing a fraud dispute with my credit card company and reporting this business to the State Attorney General's office. Save your money and your sanity. Do not order from Pet Lover House.

They sent me a poor work, and they are refusing to make me a full refund. I sent the product back about 3 weeks ago and never got any return. I will contact my bank at this point.

Stay away from this company. I placed an order on December 1st, and as of February, I still have not received my product. Their customer service is non-existent; they provided a phone number that doesn't even work. Every time I email, I get a generic apology blaming 'post office delays,' but it’s clearly an excuse to avoid issuing a refund. This is a scam. Don't waste your time or money like I did.

The photo they embroidered is different than the actual photo, the dog is missing her left ear the hat is missing color and the detail that they present in their photos on Facebook is not accurate. Their workmanship stinks and they won't stand behind their workmanship. I ordered it on 12/15/2025 and didn't get it for 28 days. I had no idea this was coming from China, if I had I wouldn't have ordered it. If I want a refund I have to ship the item back to China! I posted a comment on their Facebook and they deleted it.

I custom designed and ordered a sweatshirt on December 14. I previewed it and it looked adorable. What I received looked absolutely NOTHING like the design! I have two beautifully groomed standard poodles and what I received looks nothing like standard poodles let alone dogs. I emailed the company twice about this but received two identical computer generated responses. I then found them on Instagram and sent a message with photos. I can’t even wear the sweatshirt I paid for because the embroidery cannot be removed. When I say this shirt is awful, I mean it is HIDEOUS.
Save your time, effort, and money. Do not fall for their false advertising, reviews, or useless customer service.

The craftsmanship is incredible. The stitches feel durable and high-end, not cheap at all. My sister loved the one I got her as a birthday gift, and now my mom wants one too. I'm really impressed and happy to recommend this brand.

My experience with Pet Lover House has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
I ordered two personalized pet hoodies during Black Friday, clearly advertised as guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Their website states 5 days for production and 7 days for shipping, which strongly influenced my decision to purchase.

This information is misleading. The order arrived in January, nearly one full month late, making it completely useless as a Christmas gift.

Pet Lover House does not respect its own stated timelines, and the promises made on their website are simply not true. What makes this worse is their handling of the situation afterward:
• I have repeatedly requested a refund, and no refund has been processed.
• I was promised a 5% compensation refund, which was never issued.
• Customer service provides generic, evasive responses and avoids taking responsibility.

This behavior shows a lack of professionalism, honesty, and accountability. The company fails to deliver what it advertises and fails to properly resolve customer complaints.

Based on this experience, I strongly advise against buying from Pet Lover House. In my opinion, this is not a reliable or trustworthy business

I ordered two personalized sweatshirts from Petloverhouse and the experience was extremely negative. It took a full 5 weeks to receive the order, despite the fact that I paid extra both for the so-called “VIP Service” and for express shipping.

Customer service proved to be completely incompetent: my initial follow-up messages were met only with vague, clearly copy-and-paste replies blaming alleged issues with the shipping carrier. Only when I threatened to report the matter to my credit card issuer and the relevant authorities did things suddenly move forward, and the order was shipped a few days later. This clearly shows that there was no real shipping issue, just very poor order management.

The merchandise itself was very disappointing: the fabric quality is decent, but the personalization is extremely poor, with low-resolution images, very few colors used, and an overall flat and inaccurate result, far from what is advertised on their websites.

I also want to point out that the products are shipped from China and that the company sells through multiple websites (petlovershouse.com, ilovevango.com, pawaviva.com) as well as on Etsy; there are likely others as well.

In conclusion, a negative experience in every respect: extremely long delivery times, poor communication, and a final product that does not meet expectations. Not recommended.

The ad promised delivery before Christmas. It's January 5th and so far no delivery. What a wonderful gift to my son!

Ordered from this site specifically because it was "guaranteed" by Christmas. My first 2 emails regarding delivery were met with an automated reply about how it was on it's way and I would get a tracking number soon. After getting the exact same response I was able to get an actual email with a tracking number, upgraded shipping, and an offer for a 5% refund. Over 3 weeks later (and clearly after Christmas), they finally arrived. The embroidery that I had put on the left side on the chest is quite large compared to what I expected. I ordered one hoodie and one sweatshirt. The quality of those are mediocre at best. They are not lined or particularly soft. Just thin material and more like a long sleeve t-shirt than an actual sweatshirt. The actual embroidery though way too big is cute so I'm giving it 2 stars but that 2nd star is a real push. If I had known it was not going to be delivered on time I would have gone with anyone else.

Absolute shambles. Parcel is weeks late, missed the Christmas delivery that was 'guaranteed' and all emails are slow and generic. Tracking had the parcel in the UK 10 days ago, now it's still in China. Avoid this company.

Scammers! Going on week 3 of placing my order. Item was supposed to be to my house by Christmas. After long delays hearing back from customer service was told it could be as much as another 10 days before shipment the website advised me it was completed and ready for shipment days ago!

Ich habe am 11. Dezember einen Pullover bestellt, der laut Webseite innerhalb von 3 bis 5 Tagen verschickt werden sollte, sodass er nach etwa 10 Tagen bei mir eintreffen würde. Ich dachte, es wäre das perfekte Weihnachtsgeschenk, das pünktlich ankommt.

Leider wurde der Pullover erst am 23. Dezember fertiggestellt und verschickt. Es gibt kaum eine Übersicht über den Versandstatus, und heute, am 28. Dezember, ist die Lieferung immer noch nicht eingetroffen.

Da ich vermute, dass hier etwas nicht stimmt, habe ich nun PayPal eingeschaltet, um den Fall zu klären.

Ordered a custom sweatshirt which will ben send in 2-5 workdays. Till today nothing has been shipped. They created a update on December 12th with no updates whatsoever. If you send them a email you will get only autoreplies with: Be patience. It's coming soon. After 5 mails i finally receieved a normal mail. The guy promised me it will be deliverd in 3-5 workdays. But still nothing received and completely 0 updates on the shipping.

Still haven’t received my ‘guaranteed by christmas’ embroidered hoodie.
However, that isn’t the worst part. Website claims to be located in the US but product and communication comes from China. This is a horrible company and no one should ever use.
Go local and pay some more at least you know what you’re paying for.

Horrible company. Took almost 5 weeks to arrive, missing a sweatshirt from the order and 2 of the sweatshirts that did arrive were awful quality. One was missing the dogs name and the pictures on both were so bad the dogs are unrecognizable. I wouldn’t even wear them to clean my toilets. Even after buying the VIP upgrade (should have been my first clue they treat their customers poorly) their answer is to provide a 10% refund which doesn’t even come close to covering the missing item aside from the bad quality (including that you could see through two layers of the sweatshirt). Never purchase from this company. They should be shut down.

Ordered with the idea there would be a fast turnaround. It's now Christmas Day with no gift for my daughter...I'm very disappointed.

The hoodie came out perfect. The embroidered portrait looks even better than the photo I uploaded. My brother was amazed when he saw it and already wants one for his dog. Really happy with the purchase and customer service.

The custom embroidery is stunning — so much better than printed pet designs. It feels high-end, and I get compliments every time I wear it.
