This company is from china and what you get is complete rubbish.
The embroidery of my dog is horrendous and the sizing atrocious. I ordered a 3XL and it arrived and wasn’t even a small.
A complete waste of money.

I fell for a facebook scam. All you ever get if china is involved is ripped off. The picture of the dog on rhe sweatshirt looks like a 10 year old drew it. It's abaolute rubbish. £45 WASTED
They wouldn’t give me what I ordered.
If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. I ordered a pillow for my daughter who just had to put down her cat. The pillow was supposed to be blue, they sent me gray. The pillow was only supposed to have his name on it, they sent it to me with the name and “EST 0000”. I even put in the notes that they are not to put the numbers nor the EST. They also got the cats eye color wrong. So I first reached out to them in an email and they claim they could not find my offer. Then I sent screenshots of the offer and the pillow that I ordered versus the pillow that I got. They started with the, “I can offer you 10% off on your order”. Then they offered me 20%, then they offered me 30%. This whole time during the email exchange, I told them I simply wanted the pillow that I ordered. They never offered to give me a correct pillow. They never apologized for their mistakes. And they kept saying to me, “I hope you will accept our offer.” Each time in my response to them in the email. I told them that if they did not give me my correct order, I would dispute the charges with my credit card company and they never acknowledged that. I just got off the phone with my credit card company and they have reversed the charges. Hopefully nobody else will have the same issue and have to deal with the incompetent people on the other end of the emails.

I was worried at 1st because of these reviews, but I put my faith that my order would be what I expected and WOW!!! I was 100% satisfied with it when it arrived. It did take almost 3-4 weeks for it to be delivered, but it was well worth the wait. It was a gift for my sister and her dogs embroidered face was exactly how he looks in real life
So I'm extremely happy with this and would buy from them again!! 👍👍

DO NOT USE this company. The customer service is appalling with no regard for missing orders. I ordered a digital photo frame on 1st December and it has only just arrived. This was the second order to be made as apparently the first one was lost. The tracking numbers did not work either so I had no idea where it was. When I contacted the company, I was consistently told to keep waiting. I was promised a 10% discount for the inconvenience which I am still yet to receive.
When the product did arrive, it was nowhere near the quality i was expecting. All round a very disappointing and stressful experience.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a sweatshirt for my son for Christmas, and it was supposed to have a picture of our cat on the front chest area along with her name, a picture of her on one of the sleeves, and a picture of a fish bone on the other sleeve. The first order that I received came one day before Christmas and took forever to arrive. They sent me somebody else’s cat picture and somebody else’s cat’s name. So obviously, some other person got my order. They ruined this Christmas present for my son. I contacted them immediately to let them know about their errors and they had the nerve to tell me that they would send out a replacement, but that they wanted me to kick in $15 for shipping for their mistake. Their refund policy online states that if it is their error, the customer does not pay for shipping. So I’m not sure if somebody was trying to pocket money or if they’re just that incompetent that they don’t know their own policy or what. Regardless, they shipped out a second order and I figured that I would give this to my son for his February birthday. When this order arrived, my cats name was on the front chest, the embroidery was hideous, and did not even look like my cat, and the eye color was completely wrong. Furthermore, they put somebody else’s cat on the sleeve, I paid extra for this. And, the other sleeve did not have the fish bone design. Total and complete incompetence. I went back-and-forth with them on email, and finally had to just get PayPal involved to do a dispute. The company contacted me via PayPal and stated that they would not handle any of the customer service for shipping, the item back, and that I would have to contact China to do so. Please note that their own refund policy states that they do not take returns of errors or mistakes because they are unsellable. I feel it is harassment at this point, wanting me to do something that goes against their own policy. They have zero attention to detail, could care less about the customer, and will never ever see my business or the business of my family again.

I ordered a printed sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas on 2nd December 2024. It is now 20th January 2025. I hadnt received it despite being advised it was with Evri. I contacted Evri helpline and they said they didn’t recognise the reference at all.
However, I am now in receipt of the sweatshirt and am very happy with it.
It turns out the fault lay with the company who delivered it.. it was left on some steps at the end of an empty barn! It has taken a while to recover it and meantime Petloverhouse kindly offered to replace free of charge which I think was really good. I have of course informed them I have the original.

I don't recommend using Petloverhouse. They do not honor what is stated on their website. I ordered a sweater with 3 dogs along with their names. One of the embroidered pictures did not look at all like the photo that was submitted. Their website states that they will send a review and approval email before sending to production, but that's not the case. As well as if it was an error made on their part, they will replace the product. I never received any email from them to review the art, otherwise the coloring of the embroidery could've been caught. The sweater was a gift, so I was not happy with the result of the product, and neither was the recipient. I reached out to their customer service and explained the situation, and to make this story a little shorter, they are not honoring their promises that is stated on their website with regard to replacing the item since I never received the review and approve email. After many back and forths, they said they can send a replacement but I have to pay for the shipping! What nonsense is that. The company is the one that messed up, and are not honoring their promises, and are now wanting me to pay more money for their mistake.
False advertising
False advertising. Pictures in website show incredible detail. I got a beige and black picture wrong placement with the ugliest blue wreath and paws on sleeve same color as sweatshirt. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

Avoid this company at all costs. Gauranteed pre Christmas delivery recieved one parcel 2 days ago. Repeatedly asked about delivery to be told they would expedite my orders. The sweatshirts recieved is nothing like the picture sent and there is a huge fault. I have requested a full refund and they have told me they will not pay the postage and I do not trust them to refund me if I paid to return it. Very rude customer service. Its a complete SCAM. About to put this in the hands of a relative who is a solicitor practicing consumer lawPlease do not waste your hard earned money !!

Ordered 16 days before Xmas with absolute guarantee on website and on email that it would be received by the holidays. It’s arrived on 29th December and the designs are absolutely terrible.
Avoid this company, it is a scam on delivery and quality.

Scam company operating under different names.
I saw a couple of adverts on Facebook and took a chance for some unique Christmas gifts. It was only after ordering that I realised, although they were advertising under different company names, it was actually one company. The adverts claimed they were UK based, but they are in fact based in China.
Despite claims the goods had been shipped they never arrived.
Fortunately I had paid using my credit card, so was covered under UK consumer law and was able to claim my money back, so I am not out of pocket.
Avoid this company, whether they advertise under Petloverhouse or Loradream, at all costs.
Worst company I've ever dealt with
Ordered sweatshirt in November, received 3 days before Christmas. Wrong customisation sent, first they offered 5% off , then told me I ordered the wrong thing, then accepted responsibility but wanted me to pay $15 and then $10 shipping to send replacement, even though they made the mistake!
Although this says its a United States company, embroidery and customer service operatives based in China.
What was sent was well embroidered, but the details were all wrong. Still waiting for a scarf ordered the same time to be delivered.

AVOID! They got the customisation wrong on a sweatshirt I ordered. Customer service shocking. Offered a 10% refund on a now useless piece of clothing. Save your money! The fact that they hide all of the comments on their Facebook posts should have sent alarm bells ringing. Such a shame as the idea is great, but products are clearly poorly produced and the business does not value it's customers by offering such poor solutions when it goes wrong.
