How to keep a customer happy
I have always found your service very professional. Where my service was let down was from my Vets, they recently stopped issuing written prescriptions. This meant that I had to pay the Vets, then I had to contact you then pay for items, get a code from you and then had to get in touch with Vets who then got in contact with you. What a mess!!
But your service has been impeccable throughout!!

Why bother - not a 5 star service!
I recently decided to shop with Pet Prescription, mainly because of the reputation that they talk about, and efficiency of service. I placed my first order nearly a week ago, with nothing arriving yet, which is frustrating as their website says 99% of orders are delivered in 2 days! It says to check the website for progress updates - all it says is 'processing'! I emailed them for an explanation of the delay - no response. I am currently sitting on a call (45 mins 48 secs in) but don't hold out a lot of hope! This is not a 5 star service.

I have had 3 good experiences with pet prescription. If you not as good ordering on line you can phone but you do need to be able to upload the prescription.
Staff very helpful and a choice of delivery if you need quickly.

Scrips very easy to phone and they let me know how many I have left so easy just get another one from my vets and send to pets drugs on line and carry on getting my stips so easy you try it .
Never had a problem I have two dogs which are diabetics I just send my new ones to pet drugs on line and they sort out everything for me they let me know when I am near the end of the scrips and get them from the vet and send them to pet drugs on line and they sort it all out so easy.

Poor Customer Service
I placed an on-line order with Pet Prescription and subsequently received an email to say the item was not in stock. It stated I could cancel the order which I immediately requested they do. I needed the item fairly urgently and managed to source elsewhere expecting they would cancel the order as they have indicated but despite a further attempt which they also indicated they have on record to cancel the order the next thing I get is DPD giving a delivery slot. I phoned Pet prescription and they said there was nothing they could do and I would have to pay to get the item returned to them through no fault of my own in order to get a refund!
Poor service I’m afraid and there are much better outlets out there in my opinion.
Disappointing experience.
EDIT: Following eventual follow up on my e-mail strings a much more considered representative made contact and saw the validity of my points made and agreed to arrange collection of the cancelled order. Common sense finally prevailed and for this particular representatives’ due care I am grateful so have upped my rating to reflect this.

Very efficient, fast delivery and insulin is well packaged
I have just had a delivery of insulin that was held up during the week by my vet. I took a picture because not only was it so well packaged, it arrived as promised. I was worried sick due to the delay from my vet but also because there was talk of a postal strike next week. So I can't thank you enough. Its a pity there was not the option to show a picture but I'm sure other insulin customers appreciate the professionalism of this company. Well done!

I ordered on Wednesday and my order was dispatched the following Monday, received on Tuesday, I am not impressed!
For a company that deals in pet prescription medications, the majority of which will be needed asap, this is not acceptable and I will not be using again.

Didn't sendout product, didn't issue full refund
Took my order, didn't like the photo I submitted of my pets tablets that I was trying to order. They said over email I would get a full refund because they decided not to send my order out. Have only received a partial refund been over a week and they haven't emailed back. Would not recommend.
