Good phone contact postal a bit hit and miss lately
Never managed online to retrieve prescription but as l said excellent phone operators

I rang as I was unsure of ordering online
Spoke to a lovely lady and had medicine delivered in 2 days

I have been using yiyr service for over a year for my dogs medication. Any time I have to call your staff are so helpful abd nothing is a bother. They talk me through egst to do in ordering what I need. I have recommended your company to friends and family.

Changed rating from 1 star to 3 star since finally getting through to Customer Services.
Problem described below lies with Royal Mail, albeit that it still took a while before the prescription was verified and the order processed.

Absolutely impossible to get information on very important medication that should have been sent within two or three days. It's now been 7 days (5 working days) with no delivery and I may now have to visit my vet in order to pick up a small supply of the necessary tablets should my dog suffer any ill effects.
This will obviously increase my costs as well as my anxiety.
Tried calling twice and eventually got through 2nd time after 25/30 mins.
May revert back to their sister company or make sure I have a good week's current supply.

Always friendly, obliging and knowledgeable. Quick to send out my dog's prescription medication.

Terrible website. Would not accept a screenshot/photo of the prescription as it was too large> 5MB. Had to download an app and then reduce the size. Did not correctly pick up my address so I then had to manually type each line. Could not edit my pets details after entering them to correct an error. When I finally got to the credit card details it was unable to take cards expiring after 2022.

I then phoned and was in the queue for 30 mins no answer. So I gave up and went elsewhere. What a rubbish experience.

The CEO should fire whoever develops the website. It appears as though nobody in the firm actually uses the website or phones in to the call center.

My advice go elsewhere and save your time. They obviously don't want your business.

Always excellent service. Always Received tablets within a couple of days of ordering. Only had one bad experience when I had to ring them waited nearly 30min to speak to customer adviser once thru quickly an efficient processed my order.

I have used Pet Prescription for a few years, lately I have found it takes longer for them to answer the phone, usually the prescriptions are delivered quite quickly.

I found the lady on the phone to be very helpful when I was ordered tablets for my dog

Having received prescriptions from my Vet by attachments to e mail I simply forwarded to Pet Prescriptions requesting them to send the drugs and contact me with the details provided for payment and delivery instructions.
I received an e mail stating that my request was being checked by in house Vets and I should phone to place an order (this I thought I had done by my initial e mail. However tried numerous times to contact by phone without success and waiting endlessly for replies. Nothing except listening to recorded messages about how important my call was to the company and how wonderful their service was. I don’t think so.
Eventually after waiting 1 HOUR I eventually got through and finalized the process.
A less than good experience I think you would agree.

Three reasons for the 5 star.
1. Price,i saved over £50.00.
2. Easy to use.
3. Best of all the friendly call handlers.

Used pet prescription many times how ever on this occasion they put wrong delivery address on item ordered it last Tuesday of July still haven’t received the order or a response from pet prescription they never answer phone or Emails how can it take a week to email your not that busy terrible service

As ever, very helpful customer service, quick delivery and easy to order. The prices are excellent as well

Dreadful customer service. Ordered meds for two dogs in june. Still saying order in process. Have called three times and emailed. Not reply to email. No reply on calls and recording gives. Different company name to website so disconcerting. I requested a call back to my mobile and was called back on landline which i missed. Hopeless. Still waiting …… Have ordered meds elsewhere now
