Just relocated my two dogs from the UK to Dubai. Pets by Plane were exceptional throughout the whole experience. We dealt with Freddie throughout who was always at the end of the phone for any issues big or small while getting everything prepared for the transition. The most important thing for us through this process was communication and I couldn’t fault them for that. Would heavily recommend, super reassuring team. We were originally dealing with a rival company and having issues, pets by plane stepped in with a much better service and a better price!

I would without a doubt recommend this company to anyone who cares about the welfare of their animals and would like a trusted company to help transport your animals.
After making the decision to move from the UK to Thailand. We needed to find a way to safely get our dogs there. We have 2 Chow Chows aged 5 and 7. Chows are a breed that many airlines have an issue taking due to some having short snouts. We contacted Pets by plane and spoke with Freddie, a knowledgable, easy to speak to guy who couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried. We were told all the options and the different services available and ended up going for the chaperoned flights with door to door service, as we wanted to eliminate as much stress for the boys and us as possible.
From then on, everything was handled and helped along by Freddie and the team. The crates arrived before the flight so the dogs could get used to them, which again reduces the possible stresses. They filled in and submitted all the necessary forms for the move. Our vets were incredibly hard to work with, but this was no problem at all for the pets by plane team who knew exactly what they were doing. In the end it was Freddie himself that accompanied the dogs to Bangkok, giving updates along the way, and then handing them over to us at the airport. I could not have been happier with the entire process, the communication, the way the team dealt with the vets. As you will know if you’re moving country with a family and pets it can be quite stressful. This was one piece of the puzzle that was fully handled, Ofcourse info was needed from us and the vet’s visits but anything that was needed was told to us.

Pet Transportation and relocation is a very serious matter and you need to ensure that your service providers give to you guarantees the safety of these precious members of your family. So we suggest you hire carefully the company's safety and insurance policy on the specific kind of animals you are transporting.
