Both of our boys flew from London to Denver and arrived safely. Thankful to Fetchapet for making this so easy

Absolutely excellent service from everyone involved . From my main point of contact Sally to the driver who picked up Vlad. Always quick, helpful and reassuring communication. Having total confidence that everything will go smoothly is such a huge relief .
Also I know that if unforeseen obstacles were to arise Fetchapet would deal with it. 100% recommendation . This is my 5th time using their services and that service has always been terrific.

I came to Trustpilot to check out Fetchapet before using their services and, after seeing so many positive reviews, decided to take a leap of faith and choose them over other companies. Now I’m here to leave my own review and say just how brilliant they are!

I was VERY anxious about my two cats travelling from London Heathrow to Toronto, especially as one of them can barely manage a two-minute car journey to the vet without miaowing his head off.

We’d originally planned for them to travel on the same flight as us, but with the heatwave pushing temps above 30°C, Air Canada told us the day before we emigrated that it was too hot for the cats to fly. Our flight was non-refundable, so we went ahead as planned. The cats would stay at home overnight, fed by a neighbour, before Fetchapet collected them at 2am to take them to the airport for an early flight (before the tarmac heated up).

On our first morning in Canada, I woke to missed calls from Fetchapet saying they couldn’t find the cats!!

Turns out, the neighbour had accidentally locked the cat flap so the cats couldn’t get IN, rather than couldn’t get OUT 🤦‍♀️

Thankfully, the absolute legend that is Nick from Fetchapet didn’t give up. He stayed, searched outside, and eventually found one cat. The second appeared 45 minutes later. Somehow, they made it to Heathrow by the skin of their whiskers!

Honestly, Nick could so easily have called it a night and said they couldn’t be found. Instead, he used his initiative, stayed to search, and went looking around a house and garden he’d never been to before, in the middle of the night, in the pitch black. What a star.

I don’t think the Fetchapet team will be hoping for another collection like ours anytime soon 😂 But the whole experience showed us just how much care and expertise they have.

They sent us videos of the cats safely in their crates, and I could hear how kindly Nick spoke to them, using their names, which was lovely reassurance when we were thousands of miles away and worrying about them.

I’m very happy to say that both cats are now here safe and happy, thriving in their new home while being chased by our toddler 🐈🐈‍⬛ Just a couple more days until we can let them out to explore their new surroundings.

We'd relocated our Groodle, Oscar internationally from NZ to the UK before, so we knew what was involved. Fetch A Pet nailed it. They were excellent throughout the process, with clear communication, good guidance and prompt responses whenever we had questions.

Everything was well organised, and most importantly Oscar has arrived safely and in great condition.

A special thank you to Sally for her organisation and attention to detail, Racheal for staying calm and supportive during a difficult situation, and Nick and Tash for the care they gave Oscar and for the photos and videos once he was in their hands. It was great to see how well he was being looked after.

We cannot recommend Fetchapet highly enough. They helped us move our two girls, Smolz and Zia, all the way from the UK to Malaysia, and from start to finish they were absolutely brilliant.

Moving pets internationally is stressful at the best of times, and we had a few unexpected obstacles along the way, including a delay while waiting for British Airways cargo space and discovering that the girls needed flea treatment. The Fetchapet team dealt with everything calmly and professionally, kept us informed, handled the vet checks and paperwork, and made sure nothing was left to chance.

What really stood out was how genuinely well they cared for Smolz and Zia while they were with them. We received constant photos, videos and updates, which meant so much to us while we were already in Malaysia missing them terribly. During the hot weather they even set up cool mats and shaded areas for them, gave them plenty of cuddles, brushed and cleaned them, and clearly got to know their individual personalities. Zia can be quite wary of people she doesn't know, so seeing her become comfortable and trust the team told us everything we needed to know about the care she was receiving.

When their flight was finally confirmed, Nick personally transported them to Heathrow, kept them cool and hydrated, got them safely checked into their crates and made sure they were travelling together. Fetchapet also coordinated everything with the team receiving them in Malaysia, so the whole process felt joined-up despite being on opposite sides of the world.

Smolz and Zia arrived safely in Kuala Lumpur and are now back home with us. After everything involved in moving countries, having Fetchapet looking after the most important part of our family gave us enormous peace of mind.

A huge thank you to Nick, Sally, Melanie and everyone at Fetchapet. We would use them again without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone moving their pets internationally. Truly five-star service and, more importantly, five-star care. ❤️🐶🐶

Fetchapet made the whole process of moving our cat from the UK to NZ as stress-free as possible.

Sally was incredibly helpful from the very beginning, advising us on everything from quarantine to vaccinations and making sure we knew exactly what was needed.

We had to leave our lovely Boz in the UK for four weeks after we travelled out, and I was so worried about him being in a cattery for that long as he'd never been away from us before. But he couldn't have had better care. Rachel put my mind at ease when we dropped him off, showing us where he would be staying, and Nick's updates were hilarious as they whole team got to know his quirky character! They really made me feel like Boz was genuinely cared for, rather than just another cat being looked after.

After a long five weeks, Boz is finally back with us in NZ and has settled in well. I have no doubt that the brilliant care and service from Fetchapet played a huge part in that.

From the start of the booking with Emma and then Sally who held my hand and stopped me from worrying all the way through. I have 3 chow chows and the nerves were real but Fetchapet did everything possible to put me at ease. From Nick collecting my 3 dogs from the UK to sending us pictures and videos at the airport to them travelling to Cyprus I couldn’t recommend this company enough. If I ever have to fly dogs again I will definitely be using them without hesitation

Sally was fantastic in helping us move our cat, Hamish, back to Australia. She kept us informed throughout the entire process, especially during the uncertainty surrounding the Iran conflict, which gave us real peace of mind.

Before choosing a company, I contacted several for quotes, and Sally was by far the most helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Her communication and support made the whole experience much less stressful.

Nick and Beverley, who collected Hamish, were also wonderful. They were kind, caring, and kept us updated with photos along the way, which we really appreciated.

I am so pleased I chose Fetchapet. I had contacted several companies asking for advice before deciding who to go with, as we have a very anxious dog. The team at Fetchapet were patient, understanding and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

The process of transporting a pet is not the easiest but they helped us along the way and made it as smooth as possible. They replied quickly called to discuss things when needed and dealt with all the paperwork and processes. Every member of the team is friendly and helpful.

Fantastic job getting our two dogs from UK to Australia. Kept up to date with how the dogs were doing at kennels in the UK and kept up to date when they arrived in Australia. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I used Fetchapet to send my Siberian Husky to America. Their quote was transparent about costs, came back promptly and didn’t change in price when it came to booking the flight.

Rachel & Fetchapet were excellent from start to finish.
Very clear with all instructions, guiding me through all the necessary vaccinations, tests etc prior to transporting my beloved dog Bert from London to Sydney.
Kept me fully informed during transportation with regular messages and photos, which was very reassuring with what would have otherwise been a very worrying time.
Bert looked very at ease with Rachel, so is clearly a natural with dogs / pets.

Fetchapet have been amazing in relocating our two cats from the UK to the US. We used them for 5 days in the cattery and then flights and they kept contact throughout. We received multiple photos and videos to show how they were doing and always replied quickly. They gave the girls lots of fuss and reassurance. We cannot thank them enough.

Dog was received safe and well, and on schedule.
Pick up by Nick was very good, she got on well with him and was happy to travel.

Rachel and Fetchapet team were amazing. They were very clear with instructions throughout the whole process and Rachel was very helpful. She always answered my questions patiently and it put my mind completely at ease. She sent me update on how my fur babies were doing before the flight and during transit with photos just so I knew they were well taken care. I couldn't recommend enough for the team. My fur babies are now very happy and settling well in Oz. Thank you so much.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Moving the family pets (Rosie/labrador and Dobby/cat) from the UK to the USA was the most stressful thing I have ever done. There are so many unknowns and uncertainties, on top of an already stressful moving process. Sally and the team were patient and willing to answer my 1000 questions and reassured me throughout the entire process, which I found refreshing. We met Nick outside of Heathrow airport and went on a nice walk together with Rosie, where he again answered many more of my questions, further reassuring me about the process. They provided step-by-step instructions which made it feel less overwhelming and in the end, we were all reunited successfully on the otherside without any complications! Everyone was absolutely lovely and you could tell there was a genuine care for the animals, which I appreciated! I can't thank you all enough! 🥰
