My orders are always on time,emails get Responded to Quickly and you get to talk with a person on the phone if you have any questions

Great company would 100% recommend them. Quick response by knowledgeable people and reasonably priced. Calls answered quickly by polite staff happy to spend the time talking me through the process.

I completed my implanter training with PetScanner last year and they were fantastic. The course was put together really well and the assessor was a lovely chap who really put me at ease. The online support I have received from them has been invaluable. I have continued to use them for my supplies and have not been let down by their service. I will continue to use them for all future purchases.

Since I updated the app, my cable connected scanner no longer works. The app keeps saying "connect scanner" and update "location service permissions " absolutely useless.

Quick responses, excellent training by friendly and knowledgeable trainer, good value all round. Was very pleased.

Downloaded the app, intending to buy one of the scanning tools. They were not in stock and haven't been for six months. I cannot see the point of keeping the app now. Its dead in the water. I was going to use them for microchips but I cannot have suppy problems.

This course was Really good, on both parts I really learnt a lot and found it very helpful and easy to learn information , my trainer Martyn
Was very nice and made the process very easy to pick up in the practical as I was nervous micro chipping a pet for the first time. Would recommend highly very professional.

Andy my trainer was great and very knowledgeable. He kept me very at ease with the whole training and practical so I am really glad I got him.
The office staff were also excellent in answering all my initial questions
