Very easy to order on the website, smooth check-out and very quick delivery.
My last purchase was Salmon oil, sausage treats and Bone broth. All very good products for my dogs who love them.
I'm happy with the quality again like all other products from Pets Purest.

I was impressed with the prompt arrival of the goods ( Dental Spray). As I have only been using it for 5 days I can't comment on its efficacy. However, my over sensitive greyhound has got used to it so I am hopeful it will help to make her terrible breath less terrible! Ex-racing greyhounds are renowned for their poor teeth so I am circumspect about the overall result (she has had two lots of teeth removed and I am reluctant to repeat the procedure as she is nearly 11).

Found this online as I was searching to help my 13 year old dog. Easy to order and it’s easy for her to take, just sprinkle it on her food.

Great product (salmon oil) and the dog loves her daily dose. It's only been a few days but hoping it will help with her knee joint issue.

Wouldn't know haven't received my order despite paying for it and no notification regarding delivery. Says Royal Mail awaiting delivery.

Have emailed twice not even an acknowledgement of receipt of emails.

Definitely won't use again.

I ordered 2 packets of bone broth as we were going away and thought this would be easier than making it up from my usual powder I buy. They took order and my money but a week on I've heard nothing further despite sending an email and contacting them via the contact form. Not even an acknowledgement which I find extremely rude. They say they deliver within 3-5 working days but looking at the tracking Royal Mail are still awaiting my package 7 days on!! Absolutely rubbish!!

The treats are of a nice standard, however my delivery was incomplete as an item had been taken off, but I have not received a refund for the missing item. I have sent an message to the company regarding the refund and haven't had anything from the company. Such a shame having to chase a refund. The quality of customer service seems quite low.

What can I say? Superb products. Not too expensive. 10/10

Got a monthly subscription for salmon oil always delivered on time and reasonably priced

Love the products! Our dog is very fussy with food so worried should wouldn’t take the supplements - didn’t need to worry as she had no problems taking them. Delivery was also very quick - very impressed!
