Corretti e professionali come ormai sono rimasti in pochissimi. Ho contattato il servizio clienti per un prodotto acquistato online in un famoso e-commerce, e trovato difettoso. Dopo qualche indagine mi hanno spedito a casa il prodotto nuovo in due giorni. Semplicemente perfetti!

They repaired my broken headlamp, it was 5 years old with a broken casing. Out of warranty, they found another broken headlamp and salvaged the casing from it to repair my one. I sent it away and had the repaired torch back within a week. Great service and done for free. Best customer service I’ve seen from the petzl team in Penrith UK.

I asked them where I can get clips for accessories to helmet because I couldn't found them nowhere and They send to me.
I will definatelly buy more stuff from them.
Quality of product very good. Friends convince me to Petzl.

Purchased a petzl superavanti caving harness, was later informed about the clips petzl have released to tackle the leg straps coming loose, contacted petzl to purchase some and they sent some out free of charge, excellent customer service

Bonjour j'ai acheté une petzl dont je n'ai pas gardé la facture, je m'en suis servie une fois sur une courte durée et la fois suivante elle ne fonctionne plus. Je change les piles et elle ne marche plus du tout. Je suis très déçue. Est-ce que je peux vous la retourner et en avoir une en échange ? Je ne sais pas où poser la question .

Ho contattato la petzl per avere una batteria di ricambio per la mia torcia frontale Nao+ non più in produzione. Sono riusciti a procurarmela e in una settimana me l'hanno spedita.

Produit en baisse de qualité d’années en années …. J’ai pour plus de 300€ de lampes petzl dans mon chalet et pratiquement toutes sont remplies de faux - contacts, tantot les
Contacteurs de piles, tantot les composants a l’intérieur…..y’a 10 ans j’avais pas autant devenu problèmes …. C’est devenu beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est desormais et je ne confierai plus ma sécurité en montagne a cette marque desormais.

I had a defective battery case for a Petzl head torch. The battery in the case was fine, but once placed in the case, would not power the head torch. A replacement case and battery is £50. My head torch was out of warranty, but I contacted Petzl after sales support asking if I could buy just the case on it's own. The said the case was out of production, but they did have a used fully functional case in the office and would send it out to me, free of charge. Obviously they can't do this for everyone, but I thought it was worth commending such good customer service.

Per la seconda volta ho ordinato una lampada Petzl in un negozio del Nord Italia e per la seconda volta mi hanno detto che Petzl non rispetta la consegna degli ordini. Facile vendere sul venduto e facile far aspettare le persone per settimane e settimane perchè il prodotto non è disponibile. Per quanto mi riguarda mai più comprerò un artilo da montagna da Petzl

Un SAV d'une très grande efficacité et générosité. Un faux problème avec le câble micro USB que je croyais inadapté à ma lampe PETZL BINDI, 5ans d'âge. Envoi immédiat et gracieusement d'un câble micro USB. Doutes de ma part. Envoi lampe au SAV de PETZL et après vérification, mes doutes n'étaient pas fondés. Il fallait simplement forcer car la prise femelle était simplement corrodée. Je réside en bord de mer. Merci pour ce SAV impressionnant d'efficacité. De plus en plus rare !

Great products. Grigri, biners, harness. Consistent and reliable.

…..But is it possible Petzl have become complacent? A little lazy?
We were looking for a really rugged head torch (2 actually) - the Nao RL is decidedly NOT - and the Swift RL, although much better, isn’t either. Both are excellent designs, but there is no armour, no figure at all for dust ingress, and a respectable, but not impressive water resistance.
If you want those things you have to look at the more expensive end of the range. Up on £200 or more.

Other companies are offering very powerful alternatives (1500 - 2000 lumens), armoured, flexible, fully water and dust proof (ip68), with fully adjustable beams (narrow to wide) and highly efficient versions of Reactive lighting technology for much, much less than Petzl’s offerings.
I am referring to Led Lenser products, and specifically the HF8R core and Signature models, but they aren’t the only alternatives.

If Petzl isn’t very careful it will fall fatally behind like Canon and Nikon have in photography, and for the same reasons.

At the moment Petzl is protected by two things that can vanish in a puff of smoke: Brand recognition and secondly the fact that if you run a web search not only does Petzl crowd everything else out, but in order to find LED Lenser you have to know they exist; A casual searcher likely will never even know they are out there.

My head lamp broke & was out of warranty, not only did Petzl send me a new one free of charge but they (Naomi) also returned the battery from my previous lamp so I could have a spare. Brilliant customer service :)
Very quick to respond too.

Super costumer support i must say. Had a headlamp that broke. I was out of warranty but costumer support offer me a brand new one. Somthing you never see any more.. or wel, almost never.😃

Used Petzl products for 30 years and always last. Recently my Nao Headtorch band finally needed replacing after 11 years of daily use, and called Tech Support about buying a new one.

New one sent out, same day, FREE. Outstanding!

What else can you say - you pay for their kit, but it lasts and customer service is always superb.

On sait que les produits sont très bien, j'utilise ma frontale Reactik quasiment tous les jours et notamment en milieu marin depuis 7 ans. Elle est indéfectible et très efficace. J'ai fait appel à leur sav pour changer le bandeau bien usé. Non seulement ils assurent encore les pièces détachées mais en plus il me l'on envoyé dans les 48h gratuitement !
Si ça c'est pas du service ... bravo et merci

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a head torch after the batteries leaked inside it, despite not purchasing the torch directly through petzl they were so fast in helping me to get the torch fixed and the problem resolved. The customer service from Naomi Taylor was above and beyond
