Pinnacle Promotions レビュー

Great products, excellent customer service.
Wish there were better options on quantities.
Overall a great company

Great expedite on some sharpies. Thank you

We've used Pinnacle for a variety of promotional items, always conscientious with customer service and production, shipments arrive on time and are correct, items are of the quality you chose, and work is of good quality as well. Highly recommend.

I want this to be a 5 for our rep Kelaiah has been outstanding for a few years now. We ordered 2000 totes last month (beautiful), 100 long sleeve t-shirts (perfect in fit, color and look) and 100 short sleeve t-shirts (wrong color, unexpectedly runs big - we order this brand every year). Now I am waiting for a replacement in the correct color with some variation in sizes to accommodate our extra petite staff members.

I tried to hold off completing this till the replacement shipment arrives but it will be lost in a morass of email before long and I didn't want to forget.

I ordered Lunch Bags with our College Logo. The order came in a timely manner, the bags looked good, however, the bag was very light weight. The impression I got from the picture was that it was more sturdy. Disappointed, but will have to use them anyway. I ordered 300.

Our latest order is better than we expected and arrived promptly. Working with Jordan and her team ensures we get exactly what we need. Thank you!! Our event is sure to be a success.

I contacted Pinnacle to order some more shirts for our management team and quickly began interfacing with Bridget Hawks, our Account Manager. She worked with me through our order 100%; the placement of the order was effortless, and in a short time, we received our shirts with the logos display exactly as discussed. The counts, colors, and sizes were exactly as discussed. We will continue to do business with Pinnacle Promotions moving forward. Thanks!

Received my vest in excellent condition. The quality of the merchandise was 5 star and I will be ordering again. Thank you Pinnacle!!

Pinnacle continues to be my trusted source for outfitting my service team with professional and durable outdoor wear. Olivia was outstanding and made this experience very very easy and saved me a lot of time! I highly recommend

Very helpful, quick processing, on-time delivery! Very satisfied with their service and the product; from placing the order to delivery all went smoothly!

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for on the website. The customer service was excellent! I truly appreciated the fast process of my order and the delivery was seamless.

You did very well. My rep was very helpful by giving me the best product for the amount of money we wanted to spend. She was patient while the committee made their decisions and answered all questions.

Great quality products! Our customers loved the coffee mugs and tumblers. Linsey Ballas was amazing to work with!

Working with Stephanie was a breeze! She made our vision come to life, was extremely responsive, and we had our shirts in our hands exactly when we needed them!

I have ordered and reordered a few times, the process is simple and the bags have always looked great.

I ordered 72 t-shirts for my scout troop, and they are beautiful! The quality of the shirt is wonderful, and the printing is crisp and clear. The shirts are perfect, and the customer service was wonderful. Thank you for walking me through the process. I will definitely use Pinnacle the next time my troop needs printing.

Quick and clear communication allowed for an easy experience ordering our items.

Went above and beyond with customer service.
Had a problem with the printing of our Logo, but it was fixed 110%.
