Pinnacle Promotions レビュー

First, let me say, I love working with Kristin Ellwood. She's great, very helpful, very knowledgeable and works hard to get thing rolling. I appreciate that. Secondly, the product are top notch, great quality. I used to use a couple of suppliers, now I only use Pinnacle Promotions as I have never ever been left unsatisfied with my purchase. They deliver when they say they will. I'm very happy working with Pinnacle for my new hire give-a-ways. Thank you, Kristin, you're the BEST!!

Our rep, Sarah Brody, was extremely helpful when ordering hats for our company. There are shortages of most products but she was able to recommend a different hat that turned out to be a big hit in our office.

We order some Script Notebooks and they came in looking great. Sarah and Denise were very helpful in the process making sure the artwork was on spe and all the order details were correct. Great job!

Ordering was easy and straightforward. Product was delivered on time!

Staff is always helpful through the design, order, and shipment process and prices are adequate for the quality of products. It is easy to be able to use our own logo and choose color preferences up front so that there doesn't need to be a drawn out editing process.

I enjoy working with Pinnacle Promotions when seeking items for our staff, volunteers, and/or donors. It's also been a joy to work with Kelaiah Wilson. She gives great suggestions, quick to communicate, and is easy to work with.

Pinnacle has been a great partner for our promotional item needs. They have a huge selection and their customer service team is very responsive. We don't use a large amount of promotional goods, but we get great service from Pinnacle even though I assume we are a very small account.

Great looking logo on the product! Great quality as well and excellent customer service.

I was skeptical at first because I've never ordered promotional items before and there are a lot of sites that seemed sketch. The process with Pinnacle Promotions was super easy. When I requested digital samples of the product with our logo, I received them the same day, within hours. I had my own point of contact with Pinnacle through the whole process, which made it easy and they answered all my questions. The whole process was clear and cut dry. The best part was I received my order roughly 2 weeks before the "estimated delivery date." Pinnacle Promotions is on top of their game! I'll use them again.

They were great. This was my first time doing business with Pinnacle Promotions. They were recommended to me and they responded quickly to my emails regarding my two orders. They beat the deadlines I had, so I received my orders early.

Outstanding service and delivered on time!

Using Pinnacle has been a great experience for me and the company I work for. We routinely work with one Pinnacle team member who goes above and beyond to help us secure the perfect gifts for our teams, including working around some of my more difficult, non-traditional gifting asks. Thank you for being our trusted swag partner!

Our customer contact Jordan has been fantastic and is great to work with!
There have been some item availability issues, but she's been proactive in providing other options.

Pinnacle is my go to source for promotional items. They are always very responsive, professional and assist throughout the process even when curveballs are thrown with the manufacturer at times. Highly recommend their services.

Product looks great and was delivered ahead of schedule!

It was a pleasure working with Pinnacle Promotions, from design to production they were professional and kind.

Easy to order through and the product was just as I had hoped. The confetti cups are a favorite among our students and staff.

College Fan Fest Projects: I have been working with Kristin Ellwood on several College initiatives and she / the team have always been quick and thorough in providing creative renders, quotes, shipping details, and follow through. I feel confident when I finally get the orders approved, Kristin & team will ensure timely fulfillment.

I found Pinnacle promotions after the company I had been using let me down. I had ordered some custom cups for a holiday party in October and by the 2nd week in December I still did not have what i needed and continued to get the run around. I cancelled that order and started a new order with Pinnacle. I was contacted by Curtis one of the account Managerrs inside of one hour, asking a few questions and getting things started. By the next morning i had already had my order ready to go and my samples ready to approve. Long story short, I started my order on 12/6 and had everything i needed in hand less than 10 days later.
