I ordered Golf towels for my corporate event, fingers crossed that they would arrive on time. They arrived 2 days in advance! The item was everything described, embroidery was perfect! A huge hit ! Can't wait to order them again.

Lewis Carter was a big help.

The order confirmation was sent quickly

and the order was received in full and also quickly

Thanks for the fabulous customer service

Stephanie is an angel. Love working with her and pinnacle!

Pinnacle has always been very reliable and helpful with suggestions if something is out of stock or when we are not sure what to give as executive gifts. The quality of products is excellent.

Excellent Service & Very Helpful

True to size, fits wonderfully.
Love the jacket that I ordered.
First time ordering will order again.

My experience with Pinnacle was amazing! The customer service from our representative was prompt and friendly. Our promo items were of great quality and I received them quicker than I expected. It was a win all around for me!!

Thank you, Pinnacle!

Love working with Jordan. She's quick and responsive, and I never have to worry about my order. Thank you!

The transactions went smoothly but my jacket was no true to size. I have to return it and get a jacket 2 sizes bigger.

We purchased leather luggage tags with our logo embossed on one side. They arrived in perfect condition, well packed and on time. They are a quality product that we know our conference attendees will use for years to come. Pinnacle Promotions helped us choose by sending samples in advance, and our representative was responsive and helpful. Great experience.

The bags we ordered were high quality. The logo looked awesome. Olivia
was very helpful throughout the entire process

Pinnacle has come through once again. Great job on our waterproof cases. Got them on time and with quality workmanship. Kudos!

Lindsey Ballas was great in helping us get our new shirts.
I received my order yesterday. They look great. We are very pleased with the service of Pinnacle promotions.

Easy and quick

Good and simple process. Easy to use.

Communication was lacking. Part of the order was delayed, there was no acknowledgement of this, estimated ship date or any thing else.

While vendor relationships can be hard during this time, Pinnacle has done everything they can to make the process a little easier. I chose items that continued to be out of stock or back ordered, but I was always updated quickly when there was a change. When I did finalize my item, there was a mishap a the the printer, causing my order to be re-made. Throughout the process, Pinnacle was flexible and understanding of meeting my needs.
