The people I have dealt with during my time in the program have been awesome. The wait time is long sometimes but once it’s your turn they get you taken care of quickly.

I started this 3 year program with 11,000 in debt. I then called 10 months into the program to see if I could add one more debt of 14,000, thus increasing my total to 25,000 in debt. I have called and talked with customer services on multiple occasions in order to stay current with accounts being paid off. I was sued three times and when I called this last time I was informed that I still had three bills awaiting negotiation. One of the bill was the 14,000 I increased my payment almost two years ago.

This is the kick in the teeth. They don't know if they will be able to negotiate the last two bills as I might not have enough funds in my account. However, I will have paid over the 11,000 to this agency which was the original debt amount. It was just an estimate based on market at the time I signed the contract and they cannot be sure if they can actually settle for the amount of the contract.- Direct Quote from customer service.

I had 12 accounts that I consolidated in total. Three of the accounts were settled for more than I owed and the other accounts were settled for what I owed. I have save no money in this program, in fact they want me to continue to allow them to negotiate the last three accounts with a new contract.

There is no reason for me to trust that even if I entered into a new contract that they would pay off the last three accounts. This is based on past and present performance.

This company is the worse to try and talk to someone in person.I have tried calling several times and we play phone tag after I have been on the phone waiting for long time spans.. Last time I waited an hour and when I got the representative she told me she couldn't hear me and told me I had to call back and hung up on me.Funny as I have using the phone all day without a problem. Call back and I'm put on a computer message machine. They have stopped taking money out of my account but apparently it isn't a problem for them as there has been no communication for three months.

I too have had Pioneer law firm and they have not reported any of my paid off accounts to the credit bureau. They have taken payments from my checking for 4 years and 2 months and never reported that I am finished and my accounts are paid. I guess I'll have to get a lawyer to make this good. Over 600.00 a month for 4 years they have taken. Ugggh!!!

I started the program in August 2014 with on time monthly automatic drafts from my checking account. Everything was on track to complete by July 2018 (as stated by my contract). I even received a call in July to state that with the last payment I will have graduated from the program. Well, fast forward to August 2018 as I looked for a mortgage (since my credit should be *much better now* that I have completed the program). Much to my surprise when the mortgage company told me I have 2 outstanding credit card debts over 12K! I couldn't believe it and said it must be a mistake as I've completed a debt consolidation program with those credit cards. I promptly contacted Pioneer and let them know the issue. Here's where it begins to go downhill - the rep said on one of the accounts the firm closed down and returned the last 3 (!) payments totaling only $353 back to Global Client Solutions; what's worse is that this happened in 2016 and NO ONE mentioned this to me! As a matter of fact, I was told the account was "complete" during one of my monthly check in calls. Why did it take 2 years (at the time) to find this out?? They lied! On the other account, the very last payment, only $245, was NOT SENT to the law firm (despite the funds withdrawn from my account). So, I find out ON MY OWN that TWO accounts are NOT paid due to their error and is being reported at almost triple the amount owed to the credit bureaus!! It is now APRIL 2019 and they have not corrected these errors and closed my accounts. The Global Client Solutions account is still open, charging fees, and every call to Pioneer ends with the rep says "my supervisors have forwarded this to our payments dept to have them resolve it. Give us 3 business days and someone will call you." Of course this NEVER happens and I call after 4 business days to go through the SAME conversation with another rep. I am so frustrated as the creditors state they can only work with Pioneer as the settlements are with them and NO ONE knows what happened to the funds that should have gone to those companies!! Why was I never notified about those returned checks in 2016; why did they continue to send them after the first one came back; why was the VERY LAST PAYMENT not sent to the other creditor, why is this taking so long to resolve?? I NEVER missed a monthly payment and even provided additional funds when contacted by Pioneer to add to the account so a settlement could be reached quicker. I want a resolution to these issues THIS MONTH (April 2019)!!. No one should be lied to when they sign contracts and keep their end of the bargain. Do not use this company and find another way to resolve your debts!!

UPDATE: It is now June 2019 and these issues are STILL.NOT.RESOLVED! I am so upset by the lack of response from this company to handle issues that were THEIR FAULT. It is almost one year since my program was scheduled to complete (July 2018), and I will continue to resolve this situation! Maybe I need to take legal action in order to have this company keep their end of the bargain.

Always been there when I needed them. Everyone is so nice when I have called, The program is I was in was great!

Without a doubt the worst customer service of all time. They withdrew money out of my account and couldn’t care less about refunding the funds. So much attitude with every person in customer service. Look elsewhere.

Been in the program probably about 2 years now all worries that I had prior to getting involved with Pioneer Law Firm they're all gone I'm letting them do the worrying for me, program will be over in about six more months I'm feeling good about the whole process!

They really fight for your best interests and do everything they can to help make the process as painless as possible. Very helpful.

Pioneer Law was great to work with. If we ever had any questions, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to resolve out debt without any problems and quickly.
