Upon selection of area visit, it was easy to navigate for suitable site to stay. Amenities of the chosen site was a factor.

J'ai donné un avis défavorable du site, j'ai remarqué plusieurs manquements.
J'ai donné un avis défavorable sur le fonctionnement de ce site concernent des difficultés à les contacter en cas de litige avec un de leur loueur, le site Pitchup n'a pas relayé mon avis, pourquoi demander l'avis aux clients si c'est pour ignorer les moins favorables ?
Première et dernière expérience avec ce site.

Pitchup est une plateforme en ligne permettant aux clients de consulter et de réserver des séjours en camping et en villages vacances. Les avis concernant les campings référencés sur Pitchup sont soumis à nos règles de publication et peuvent être temporairement masqués le temps de leur modération ou supprimés s'ils ne respectent pas ces règles.
Cependant, le problème soulevé dans votre avis concerne la modération et la suppression d'un avis sur Feefo, une plateforme d'avis et une entreprise distinctes. Pitchup n'a aucun contrôle sur les décisions de modération de Feefo ni sur sa politique d'avis, et nous ne pouvons pas décider quels avis sont publiés ou supprimés sur leur plateforme.

Encore un organisme internet qui se cache derrière les règlements d’hôtels ou camping pour se dédouaner de toutes erreurs. Très mauvaise expérience, malhonnête. Aucun geste commercial. A fuir absolument.

Pour information, le paiement intégral de cette réservation a été effectué directement auprès du camping, et non auprès de Pitchup. En réservant, vous acceptez les conditions générales du camping et un contrat est établi avec lui.
Bien que nous ayons contacté le camping pour voir s'il était possible de faire une exception, cela n'est pas garanti.
Les conditions générales du camping stipulent « Aucun remboursement dans les 30 jours », et toute exception à cette politique est à leur entière discrétion. Nous comprenons votre frustration, mais nous ne pouvons pas passer outre les conditions générales du camping ni rembourser les paiements qui ne nous ont pas été versés.
Nous vous prions de nous excuser pour la gêne occasionnée et vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de votre avis.

Lovely campsite. Would definitely recommend and come back. Very clean bathroom and shower area. Nice private space for your camper van.
