Gave over two months advanced notice of cancellation, but they won't return the 15% deposit. My advice. Do NOT use pitchup. Go direct to the park of your choosing. I will never recommend pitchup.

Lovely clean camp site, easy to find pitch. Lovely nearby pub and good stroll along canal to local shops like Aldi and b n m. Dog really enjoyed his stay as did we. Toilets and showers were clean.... もっと見る

Beautiful clean site definitely come again :) Pool is brilliant not over crowded just right, the pod is clean perfect for little get away for small family and the views are beautiful, park on site... もっと見る

Lovely little site

Lovely little site, great pitch’s for space and services. I can see the owners have worked really hard setting up.
Friendly welcome from Lisa
Don’t get the negative reviews about the lack of shower facilities as currently there are only 6 pitch’s so really don’t feel it’s an issue. Really enjoyed our stop over and the views

No new tech, no pitch up

[excellent customer service follow up in progress, review may be updated in due course]
I used this app all the time whilst travelling on the road. Great, loved it.
Unfortunately it only works on chrome now. (By design). Any action returns you to the home page. I have tried safari, Firefox and opera, (both mobile and full versions)
I have a 2nd gen iPad and iPhone X, neither of which can download Chrome (apple restricted OS and Chrome requiring IOS17) so can’t be upgraded any further.
Unable to afford new tech, so this customer can sadly no longer use pitch up.
