I have been going on PlanetF1 for years and find the reporting informed and unbiased. If its not on this website it never happened. With so much fake news its good to have a source I can trust.
This site was created by disgruntled McLaren fans and has over the years transformed itself into nothing more than a Lewis Hamilton fan club. The authors/moderators are anti-Ferrari trolls and any cri... もっと見る

Nothing but clickbait
If you see anyone rate Planetf1 5
If you see anyone rate Planetf1, a 5 then you know they are a bigot. It is clear reading the comment section, the clickbaity titles that it is the breeding ground for some of the worst types of motorsport fans. It's a toxic ad website that spams articles so they can serve toxic fans with ads. Oh, maybe I should rate it a 5 as they make the website miserable.
Something changed
Something changed. Always asking to allow ads or login. If I do either it asks again. I don't know what they did, I gave it time yo fix itself, It hasn't. Deleted from my favourites.
Nearly impossible to read more than 3…
Nearly impossible to read more than 3 words at a time with all the pop-ups that take over 90% of screen real estate.
Get. A. Clue.
The website itself is awful, the writing is mediocre at best.
Not worth visiting, do not recommend, unless someone wants an example of an ad infested cesspool of a website. Then its perfect.
Always a good read there articles don't…
Always a good read there articles don't drag out and bore you to death like other sites do.

The ad's have become overbearing
The ad's have become overbearing. It's constantly ramming new adverts in your face. The content is often sub-bar. It all feels like some sort of ads-mining operation. Not sure who runs it, but I'm over their non-sense.
Fake headlines & pay with personal data.
Full of fake and sensation headlines. No real content or verified sources. Also one of those sites that wants you to pay to not accept cookies. Either paying with money or simply with your personal data. Dont trust these companies one bit, only 1 reason they want your data.
Like many I have used the site for…
Like many I have used the site for nearly 2 decades but the site has gone down hill. The ads are ludicrous. You can’t even read an article without 3-4 full page pop up ads, all which then send you back to the top of the page. The community has also gotten so vile and toxic.
Absolute click bait!
Click bait titles that rattle on about other stories from other source before getting to a point that has nothing to do with F1, most of the time about practise sessions or the junior formulas. Page is littered with ads blocking content. I wish I knew how to get Google to stop notifying me.
Comprehensive F1 coverage
I don't understand these reviews; PlanetF1 provides probably the most comprehensive coverage of F1 news, not just the big teams, is often the first to deliver when I search for a race report after the race has finished, and I really like Matt Somerfield's tech analyses.
Cannot read site due to adverts
Cannot read site due to adverts
I get that in this day and age you need ads to generate revenue. But to have so many ads you cant click into an article is a joke.
also recently the tripe they have been writing on their wedsite does not count as journalism, its like a blog run by an 8 year old.
My go-to F1 site for over 20 years
There are not many quality F1 publications left, even the once great Autosport is now a fading force, but I've always regarded PlanetF1 as one of the better sources for F1 news.
They have made some quality additions to the team in recent years and regularly report from the track.
Ads are annoying on any website but since having the option to pay to remove them, it's become much easier to navigate. Websites still committed to original reporting should be supported in a world of AI slop.
Clickbait trash of a site
Worst kind of a site.
Clickbait monster, avoid in big circle
A scam company won’t let you…
A scam company won’t let you unsubscribe their office in old st london does not exist, their journalists are once upon a time
an utter crap company
Nothing but sensational clickbait…
Nothing but sensational clickbait articles about absolutely nothing just a title that has nothing to do with the article so they can get clicks for their ads
Absolute rubbish
The most incompetent false analyses, zero honesty, very partial and suggestive sensationalist bullshit reports. Absolute rubbish!!
Advertising and news imbalance
I have used and enjoyed Planet F1 for some years but it appears to have become the victim of its own success. The news items now incorporate so much advertising (in some cases, after each paragraph) it becomes distracting and frustrating to use.
This happened to many hard copy magazines in years gone by to the extent that they lost readership and then were abandoned by readers when the ratio of advertising to editorial content became intolerable to previously loyal readers.
It is an issue of using marketing strategy to control advertising demand and retain followers.
