Make cancelling very difficult very scammy

Signed up ages ago and am trying to cancel a account. Details are hidden on website and are not even included in their FAQs. Their chat is not working and now I have had to email them and been told they will discuss with me why I want to cancel, not that they will close my account and stop billing me.

This is clearly completely unacceptable and any company who tries to keep customers like this is quite clearly has a product that people do not want to pay for otherwise.

Sorry to hear you've had a disappointing experience. As a B2B Saas company, we do run 12-month licenses with clear cancellation terms outlined in our contracts. Poor service level from CSM team

Poor service level from CSM team and poor ethical practices with contract renewal. Did not hear from our CSM for 5 months. Our first contact was hearing that our contract was renewed at 12 month auto renew. When we wanted to cancel, we were told we were one day past the point of cancellation and there is nothing that can do.
