best game platform!!!!! 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝

I created an account to try the Joker game online. I deposited 5€ via Revolut and placed just **one single ticket**. A few days later, I was suddenly logged out. A message said:
**"Your account has been temporarily deactivated."**

I received **no email, no warning, no explanation**. My phone number and email were verified — and I had only used the app once.

I assume the issue has to do with identity verification. I’ve read that users are expected to upload documents (ID, tax number) within a month. But:
- I wasn’t notified about this.
- I never refused — but **I also don’t accept** giving personal documents **just to bet 5€**, when I can go to any OPAP store and play **anonymously**.

This double standard is absurd. Physical betting requires nothing. Online betting demands over-verification and poor communication.

Also, the app has serious design and policy issues — and somehow still shows a 4.8 rating? That’s… suspicious.

I don’t want the account back. But I do expect a **proper explanation** and access to the money I deposited.

Until OPAP learns to respect users, I’ll stick to physical stores.

Big time scams ,slots are 100% money thieves. Avoid 24/7

I like to play the slot/pokies machines.
I've played in many countries and found OPAP machines poor in everything! They use mainly IGT machines & EGP which are pathetic.
I beg everyone not to play these machines as they have the lowest wins and bonus games inclyding jackpot hits in Europe and other countries outside of Europe.
Keep away from them, play online games but again not through OPAP.!

I have played mostly Joker and Eurojackpot that last few years. To play Joker I used, mostly, their online platform whereas for Eurojackpot I visited their stores, mainly in my neighborhood, Papagou, Athens. I play Eurojackpot, in the physical store, for 2.50 Euros only, every time I can place a bet - twice a week.

Recently I have moved to my house, inherited from my parents, located in a village 10 minutes away from Domokos in Fhiotida.

For the last few months i used to visit the only main local OPAP store in Domokos and play Eurojackpot, for 2.50 Euro only, each time.

I did not expect much from the employee on the local store in Domokos, mainly because I am aware that it is located in the countryside in Greece and most people are less cultivated, ill mannered, coarse, to say the least. In few words, Villagers.(It is possible to find people from the countryside, Villagers, that are cultivated to some extend but it is very rare as it is, even, in the Capital)

Thus, I had only played Eurojackpot and asked for my bet receipt and leave the place immediately.

One day I was waiting in line with two guys in front of me. Suddenly one guy who was not in line, came and passed over me and handed his bet slip to the store employee. I said nothing. The employee proceeded. Then another two people came, who were also not in line, and were ready to hand their bet slip. Which was strange, because they also did not even wait in line! We who were waiting in line already, were not invisible!

Thus, I stepped up and commented on the event, that i, and one more person left in front of me, were waiting in line to get serviced.

The store employee, instead putting things in order and continue with the people waiting in line, he told me that KINO, the game that the people cutting the line were playing, have the right of way!

It sounded completely unreasonable and thus asked him "were does it state that in the store?". And i continued, "Is there some sign, that states that?". He said "no sign". He continued, "OPAP says so!". Because that could not hold true, he continued and said "I say so!".

In response to his injustice, I mentioned "and who are you?" then he refused to play my bet and told me to leave "his" store!

He did that of course because he is a doodler. Obviously, the people playing KINO, paid him more money than i did, and it is the only main OPAP store in the area, where i could play Eurojackpot.

For those that are not aware, some people in the Greek countryside have a perverted belief that the area/companies/stores belong to them and any outsider, as myself, should not talk much when involved in trade with them, leave in the area and/or maybe even breathe little there.:)

It is a take-it-or-leave-it mentality even when you try to communicate, which in life is inevitable since they leave here and run the businesses in the area. I wished it was different.

Such beliefs rooted back when the Ottoman Empire dominated Greece. With the so called, "Tsiflikades", who were individuals related to the Ottoman Empire who owned large pieces of land in an area.

However, any person with just basic reasoning ability, not suffering from illusions as they do, can understand that Greece nowadays, is united - the Hellenic Republic - as expected governed by laws and relevant corporate policies applicable to every entity.

Anyone can live anywhere in Greece he/she wishes and can afford, even if the villagers do not like the outsider's face as they do with me (I do not like theirs either and my position is based on merit!).

Moreover, I filed an official complain with the OPAP Headquarters. However, it is already well past a week and have not heard from them. In the meantime i drove 30 minutes away from were i am located, in Lamia, to buy some grocery, and spotted an OPAP store there but I refused to play Eurojackpot until i hear back from OPAP.

(By the way, I had a similar, experience from an employee of OPAP at a local store in Papagou in Athens. He was very rude because he was giving perverted underhanded comments, when i visited to play Eurojackpot. However, i did not make a big deal of it at the time, as i thought things were not unbearable but still very disgusting, and did not immediately try visit another OPAP store in the neighborhood, which was more feasible then, due to distance constraints, than it is now.)

Moreover, rude, perverted, unprofessional, indecent, unethical behavior is an "epidemic" with organizations.

Concluding, if no resolution to the issue is given from OPAP, within a reasonable time frame, i will have to stick with the Jocker online version for much lower jackpots.

*UPDATE: 11/1/2025 - NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM OPAP HQ AND NASTY, SILENT UNWELCOMING, BEHAVIOR IS EVIDENT EVERY TIME I HAPPEN TO BE AND VISIT AN OPAP STORE IN LAMIA. I AM 48 & GREECE, AS WELL, HAS ALWAYS BEEN A "BANANA REPUBLIC".
