Came to Plouise kingdom today with my daughter and she had an absolute ball! We done the gloss in the garden experience, made a body mist with the help of Maddie who was great. We ate at the cafe and the server Jennifer was so lovely and the food was delicious. My daughter bought loads of lovely stuff and I’m sure we will be back again.

Tilly Erica and Lauren were amazing and fun they made the whole experience great 👍

Maddie was fantastic with the girls when creating the body mists, very informative and happy to answer questions and make the overall experience lovely.
Cody was very attentive to us when sorting out our table at the cafe, sorted us a longer table time and generally lively and helpful

Cody was brilliant in the cafe very good service, the girls loved Maddie she give lots of information 🩷

The products are beautifully packaged and my daughter loves them I had an issue where the parcel was opened when I received it and the box inside wasnt sealed/secured I took photos of the parcel and after going through the contents emailed customer service as thought some items may be missing from the sets The service received was outstanding fast responses to my questions and replaced the missing items without any issues. I've shopped at many other companies never have I ever received this level of service resolved as promply WILL DEFINETLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND for products and service
