Swage smells coming from the drain pipe due to wrong pipe fitting. Darren arrived within 3 hours of call and fixed completely. He also fixing a leaking tap at the same time. Very satisfied.

Good service but unfair to charge 102 for a 10 minute job.

A thorough and efficient service of a boiler. Plumber was prompt, polite and maintained proper COVID safety measures.

Darren was on time and professional. He unblocked the drain in less than an hour and advised how I should do it in future so as to not have to spend money on a call out in future. Great service - would use again.

Really pleased with the service. I had a leak coming through the living room ceiling from the bathroom above. They sent two plumbers who arrived within a few hours, they investigated the issue and fixed it. Nice guys and great service. Price was reasonable as well.
Only odd thing was that I actually called a different company initially so was surprised when the men turned up wearing ‘plumbers4u’ uniforms. Maybe the original company outsourced it to plumbers4u? Either way, was happy with the plumbers4u service.

Very unfriendly and unprofessional and didn't end up fixing our problem (we fixed it ourselves). Also little regard for COVID restrictions and distancing.

Plumber turned up 15 minutes after I booked the job and was done in 15minutes. Quick response, Quick fix, Excellent experience. 5 star all the way!

Appeared, had one look and apparently diagnosed the problem. He didn't even take the time to look through the equipment and was out in 15 minutes as he had apparently diagnosed the problem.

Job was to install a new gas hob and electric oven (purchased from another company).

Estimated 1 hour to fit. They came out next morning, which was commendably quickly, but went away without fitting either, saying oven wiring was more complicated than expected. When I pointed out it has a 13A plug they apologised and agreed to come back that afternoon, which they did. Removed old oven then discovered small gas leak (2mbar drop) and refused (possibly reasonably) to continue but left no oven or hob working. We fixed gas leak and engineer returned to complete the job 2 days later in a further 1 hour 50 minutes (rounded up to 2 hours on bill). Then rang to demand payment over the phone before sending an invoice. Did not leave any paperwork or Gas Safe registration number. When asked gave an out-of-date Gas Safe registration number - since corrected after an exchange of emails.
Total bill ended up as for 3 hours plus parts.
