Very good - resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.

Lovely young man very quick and professional talked through the problem

Booked them for an emergency job on a Friday midday and they assured me a plumber will be there within 3 hours.
At 5pm (close of business day) they contacted me to say they will not have any plumber to send today. I called tenant to give her an update while i try and get an emergency out of hours plumber (obviously for an increased fee) so she said she just had call from plumber 20 min before saying that he's in traffic and will be there shortly.
I told her to call back plumber direct and he said he was cancelled by his office and diverted to another job!!
When i called their office they said plumber cancelled them saying he needs to pick his kids up.
Its either their office or their plumbers lying....

Appalling customer service. Booked and was assured plumber would definitely arrive before 5. Telephoned at 6pm and the operator said he would call plumber to find out location. Waited a further 30 mins, heard nothing, still no plumber so called again. Different operator assured me he would call me back and let me know. He didn’t bother to call back either. 20 minutes later still no call back, still no plumber. Called back for 3rd time to the rudest operator of the three. Arrogant, unapologetic and completely uncaring. I had to insist he call plumber whilst I stay on the line. Finally told at around 7pm that he would be another 45 mins! Plumber finally showed up somewhere at 8pm but not to my address! He said he couldn’t find flat! Spent another 10 minutes explaining where we are. No apology or word from company. It needs to be a real emergency and no other options available to use this lot!

Friendly service, and didn't take too long. unfortunately job was bigger than could be fixed at the time, but that's no fault of Reza. Hi put on a valve as a short term fix so I'm now dealing with my landlord to get sorted properly. Nice to pay on card on the day and get out of the way, with the invoice coming through on email straight away.

Very poor service all around. Plumber showed no interest in investigating the problem or fixing a leak that was pointed out to him. Head office seem to have no interest in dealing with the situation. Ended up having to pay a different plumber to resolve the problem.

Very unimpressed. The plumber went in gung-ho with a hammer, instead of removing the bits on the wall with a screwdriver he hammered them down revealing the dry wall beneath. He installed the wrong connector between pipe and toilet leaving me to try and sort out the rest. I had to call our a second plumber to correct their issues and do the job again, costing substantially more. Very unimpressed.

Just a day before we were about to leave for a lengthy holiday, we managed to obtain a rather annoying leak from our stop-tap. If left untreated, it would have created a huge problem which we would have discovered upon our return! I called Plumbers 4 U at midday and within hours, two polite representatives arrived and sorted the job. It was completed within the hour.

Absolutely terrible service for an extortionate amount of money. We had a leak in the loft (which I was worried was coming from one of the five water tanks) so we called out an emergency plumber.

When he arrived he wouldn't even look at the leak properly - just went straight into the loft. We had to ask him to come and inspect it. He then went back into loft and said it was all dry and couldnt find a problem and the leak must be inbetween the floor and ceiling. However you can see this is about 5cm thick so there was no chance. We kept asking him to look again and he mentioned to fix the problem would require changing a new pipe and hours of work. The plumber was with us for 25mins, couldnt even spot the problem, let alone fix it and charged me £180. Really shocking.

We then had a non-emergency plumber arrive the next day who spotted and fixed the job in 10mins. No new pipe needed.

I am now asking Plumbers4U for a full refund and all they can offer me is £50. Their customer service is a shambles and this is unacceptable. Do not use this service!

Service was great. The plumber came within an hour and even got a part for the job from a plumbing shop nearby and completed the job on time.

Absolutely appalling service! 3 different plumbers were sent out to sort out leak and the first guy Hamid damaged our cabinets!
No masks were worn and no one of the plumber had shoe covers or removed their shoes! No precautions were taken for covid 19- very very appalling service and customer service were not bothered to help or fix our problem! Disgusting!!
