Broken tap rung at 9.30 arrived on time with parts very professional Reza was great done a great job

ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL!

We had a plumber come in yesterday, he only stayed 10 minutes and asked to be payed when he did NOT resolve the issue!

I have asked for a refund, but the company are actually telling me that they cannot provide one as the plumber so called has done his job.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

This company scams people, DO NOT use them!!

AVOID. Horrendous service. The didn’t complete the job and ran off with the money. Bathroom wasnt sealed so was leaking to the downstairs and shower tray wasn’t fitted properly which also caused leaks. Number of other bits weren’t finished. When I asked for them to come back and fix it or refund me for the part of the job that wasn’t done properly they refused, threatened me and blocked me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

The service is really bad. Be aware of the usual trick: They usually over-book 2 times their capacities in order to offset potential cancellation. But if no cancellation, guess what? YOU ARE THE VICTIM. They would just not showing up on your appointment and blame "no one attended the call" despite no call was ever made. Avoid at all cost!

Beni the plumber came. I had been charged 180 pounds call out fee, what nobody told me before, that I have to pay for they just come to view the job. And then I had to pay 300pounds deposit, for today job. Total I paid £480. They caused a more expensive job because they tried to cut what they shouldn’t do. They just had to get out the old pipe from the main drainage, what they couldn’t do. I called another plumber who had the right tools, take off the female screw what Beni and Dan cut, and after a long search he could get a new one, because they damaged, it wasn’t repearable.
I was really disappointed, I paid for nothing. After a week, I’ve got the refund.

AVOID, COMPANY THAT OFFLOADS WORK TO SUB-CONTRACTORS

1. TURNED UP 3 HOURS LATE
2. WHEN HE TURNED UP HAD LITTLE TOOLS TO FIX AND HAD TO GO OUT FOR ANOTHER HOUR
3. WHEN HE DID COME BACK FILLED WITH A SILICONE BASED PRODUCT, TOLD TO LEAVE IT FOR AN HOUR THEN TURN THE WATER BACK ON OURSELVES, INSTEAD OF WAITING/COMPLETING THE JOB - WHICH DIDN'T WORK AND FLOODED HOUSE AND LEFT FOR 36 HOURS WITH NO WATER

I am absolutely shocked at my experience with this company. I had a plumber come to diagnose the problem with our boiler last week. He offered a temporary solution - which has not worked. A part needs to be ordered to fix the problem. I have tried unsuccessfully over the last 3 days to have this part ordered. Whoever I speak to quickly refers me on and says I will be called back by the 'Plumbing Manager' who apparently is never in the office or is a 'very busy man.' What motivated me to find this review site is that I was now just hung up on. I was told our conversation had become too long. Horrible horrible experience. Do not use this company.

Very Fast Call out. Rectified the problem and work was fast and efficient. Also Good customer service after the Job was completed to make sure all is in working order. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Called this company to book a job on a boiler system they gave me a slot 3 to 5 and at 4.30 called to cancel . I had organised it all had people waiting for them at the premises that waited 2 hours for this people .
They offered me an alternative Saturday morning slot at double the price !
What a joke !!

Michael arrived promptly and carried out the work efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble for him

We had a pipe leaking in our new house and were unable to turn the water off. When I called in the morning the team were very helpful and advised someone would be with us within 2 hours. When the plumber did not turn up I called back and was advised that the plumber allocated our job had been stuck on another job. The office team arranged for someone to come to my house within the hour after this but at that point I’d had a continuous leak for over 5 hours. I wonder if I had not have called would anyone have turned up. I’ve still given 4 stars as the plumber who finally came was very efficient.

Very polite and pleasant young man. He came within 2 hours of calling and immediately found the problem. I would not hesitate to contact this company again.

He was on time, courteous, tidy and resolved the problem efficiently

Said was on time, he gave me a slot and was very punctual
He was very polite and pro. He is outfit was appropriate and clean
He talked me through the issues and was very transparent
He solved the issue took the payment and left

Service was quick and they fixed my issue, so I'm happy.
