Easy ordering and prompt delivery

Shocking behaviour from this company Part 2. As Plumbhub called my father's account of my dealings with them 'factually incorrect' - it wasn't - I'm laying out the facts for them and I have credit card statements and emails from Plumbhub to verify these facts.

On the 25th October I ordered a Reina Vicari Double Horizontal Radiator from Plumbhub as they were showing the radiator was in stock. My order number was PH9809. My credit card was charged the advertised price of £421.99 and I received an order confirmation email from Plumbhub.
On 26th October, I received an email from them telling me that 'Your order has been refunded'. There was no apology and no explanation.
I looked on their website and found that they were now advertising the radiators for £550, almost £130 more than the previous day.
I emailed them on the 26th October, asking them to explain why my order had been refunded, but got no response. I emailed them again on the 31st of October and as of 14th December I'm still waiting for a reply.
I bought my radiator elsewhere, and I won't use Plumbhub again.

Ordering process was easy and the goods despatched the following day.
Unfortunately there was one line of the address missing on the address label making my delivery 5 days and not the 2-3 days quoted.
The goods arrived and were a perfect fit and problem solved

Not delivered even though shop said shipped - no tracking reference on email sent to track - eventually got refund - recommend do not use these to buy from

Shocking behaviour from this company. My daughter ordered a radiator from them for £421.99. (Order number PH9809). They accepted the order and sent a confirmation of order email. The following day, they refunded the order and put the price of the radiator up to £550! And they wouldn't answer her emails. Needless to say she shopped elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking company, bought a boiler which they sent the wrong one then totally refused to issues a refund…
I will be applying for a county court judgement very soon.
This company have now refused the parcel from the courier and sent it back to me 😂😂

PlumbHub seemed to be the only company who could supply exactly the right radiator (quite an unusual size) and yet were still able to offer a great deal on it. Also delivered within the estimated time frame... I've very pleased with their prices and service.

Price was good and delivery was reasonable

It is now 8 days since my item was picked up by carrier ( ROYAL MAIL ). It is only a bathroom plug !!!
How much longer will I have to wait so that I can SEND IT BACK and order one from another company and receive it the next day.
You are only getting one star as I couldn't proceed with the review without entering something, otherwise it would have been minus 5*..
