I want to inform about a fake store…

I want to inform about a fake store POIZON in Pakistan which is using original brand name .they are scammers and robbing people their logo colour is PINK PURPLE and the same name POIZON.PLZ action should be taken by real owners of POIZON .

Simple, straightforward, some improvements.

The process is very straightforward, which is great. I understand that depending on the shoe the delivery time is different but still I like the updates on that which have been accurate so far. My shoes arrived in great condition. The only thing I noticed that could be improved is the app gui on a tablet. The shoe profile images when searching through shoes is kind of funky. The picture gets cut off. Also when buying a shoe sometimes the purchase button disappears.

Perfect and Quick 10/10

Shipped quite fast, they had my size and I got exactly what I ordered in perfect condition. Came with the exclusive accessory that comes with the limited edition shoes I ordered. 10/10 Absolutely perfect, zero complaints.

The sole of the shoes are different from the original manufactured shoes

In May of 2024 I purchased a pair of Nike Jump GT 2's. I only wore them 4 times in the summer of 2024 when I got them. It's been a year later, I just recently wanted to wear them. When I took them out of the box I noticed that the shoe's were dull in it's color from a bright white to a yellowish white. That was odd to me. So I Google the shoe to inspect deeper about the shoe and noticed that the Nike.com version of the
Jump GT 2's have a sole of the shoe that was a see through sky blue sole while these are just a sky blue sole that you can't see through. That's when I realized that this store is a store from China and that their authentication process could not be 100% honest to it's buyer's because it would have noticed this. At this point I feel that I was scammed. So I went to wash the shoes and after I washed the shoes the soles where destroyed, the paint had came off on some parts of the soles, like chipped scrape marks. The shoes got white but the soles were destroyed. Smh I have a pair of the silver Jump GT 2's that I bought directly from Nike and noticed that the soles were completely different. The Nike brought shoes were made of a foam made material the Poizon bought shoes were of a rubber material with white looked painted on. I instantly contacted Poizon by email. And they emailed me back saying that they go through a thorough authentication process which has to be a lie. I'm sure because I noticed that the soles of the shoes were different in material and color. I will not buy from this website again.

Bad quality

I never write bad reviews, but this time I have to because I am really upset. If there were an option for zero stars, I would give it. I bought a Yushuai 13 Boom basketball shoes for over $300 and wore them only twice before the foam layer on the bottom burst. I contacted Poizon’s support, and they are not allowing me to exchange or return the shoes. I received zero customer service, and I will never recommend this product again. Good luck!
