It was OK my order did not come in time and they was a lil tight
I bought a pair of Kobes
I bought a pair of Kobes, purple and white, for $300 my son wore them 4 times and the sole busted on each shoe, came unglued I reached out to the company, I was not expecting a brand new pair or a full refund, but all they offered to do is give me a $40 credit towards my next pair of shoes. Again I didn’t expect a full refund or free shoes but a $40 credit on a $300 pair of shoes he wore 4 times is a slap in the face. I will never purchase from them again.
UPDATES- Everyone can see that they replied to my review and said to reach out to customer service with my order number so they could further assist. I did that same day and they have yet to respond. Nothing. Why tell me to reach out for no reason. Unbelievable!

I'd never used POIZON before, but my first impression is immediately impressed. Communication was clear and consistent. I was in one country and needed it delivered as a gift to a different country and they made it easy to navigate.

Still waiting… and waiting… and waiting
Poizon did reach out to rectify the problem on 4/2/25. They offered to replace the defective shoes that developed a 4” rip after using them 5 times if I would be willing to update my review to indicate they were helpful and reasonable. They promised to contact us in 24-48 hours to negotiate information. However, it has now been 11 days and again, their words are empty promises and they have neglected to call us and follow through.
We remain highly disappointed with this company and are hoping we don’t have to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Please Poizon, follow through with your promises and replace or refund the defective shoes.

Returns is a scam, please dont buy from here, read all reviews online first, they are a scam
I ordered Gucci sneakers in size 6.5. The night they arrived at my house, I tried on the right shoe side only,, and I noticed that they were huge on me, about 2.5 sizes bigger. So I just assumed they pack the wrong pair of shoe sizes and I just report it right away.
I contacted Poizon customer service right away to ask for help.
I told them that they had sent me the incorrect shoe size, and I just wanted an exchange for the correct size shoes, but they said I had to send them back and just buy them again. They asked me for pictures, and I sent them right away for proof that the shoes were the wrong size, unworn, and in the box. Customer service helped create a return label around 10:30 pm on a Thursday, and the next day, Friday at 8am, I was at UPS dropping off the shoes. Please note I tried on only one shoe (right side) and didn't even unpack the other shoe from the box when I noticed they were the wrong shoes, the shoe was maybe on my feet for no more than 20 seconds over carpet in my living room.
I received a note 3 weeks later that I would not get a refund because I wore the shoes.
It's completely impossible that I wore the shoes as they were 2.5 sizes bigger than my size, they were so big that my entire foot in the back would come out
I called customer service to ask why I would not get the refund. They said the shoes didn't pass inspection, and they were used, which is impossible; they even come with a blue security tag that needs to be cut with heavy-duty scissors if you want to wear the shoes. I didn't even remove the tags; I only tried on one shoe, and it was huge on me. I didn't even take the other shoe out of the box. If I wanted to wear the shoes, I had to cut the blue tag out of them.
I contacted customer service, and they refused to help me, stating that it didn't pass the inspection. I don't understand how I can wear a shoe that is 2.5 sizes bigger than me. They package the wrong shoe size in a box labeled 6.5, and now I will not get a refund for their own error because they state I wore the shoes, which I didn't, as they don't fit me in the first place! I \m so frustrated and I'm at a loss here, I really wanted the shoes but they sent me the wrong size, that is the only reason why I returned them!!!
I feel so disappointed and frustrated at this time, I received no customer service with no explanation, only a statement that I wore the shoes. How do I wear shoes with tags and 2.5 sizes bigger than my size?
They make the error, and I have to pay for it. Please save yourself this hassle and don't buy from them.
Update Review as of 04.11.2025:
Please note that they requested a follow-up on 04.11.2025 regarding this review posted. However, I received an AI response stating, "We feel sorry for the inconvenience". I also called with no response stating that you can only contact them via text through their app which I keep getting the same message, no resolution, not even an acknowledgement that they sent wrong size shoes with defects that "they found" under return review.
Also, to note, they sent me pictures of the left side shoe with an almost invisible scuff mark in the sole.
Please note that I didn't even try the left shoe; it never left the box, didn't even unwrap it from the box. So they now show me that the shoe didn't even pass their own quality inspection. I only tried the right shoe when I noticed it was the wrong size. So now they blame me for their quality issues and the wrong size shoe sent to me.
Their customer service is garbage, seems that you are talking to a machines as the responses are automated.
Please avoid the hassle and only buy from a reputable source where you can talk directly to a person who inspects the quality of their shoes before sending.
After this purchase, I started digging into further reviews from Poizon, and many of the reviews state that their products are counterfeit. Buyers, please be aware that this company doesn't hold to their quality standards, and any flaws in the products that they send to you will be blamed on you. Please do your research on Reddit, Consumer Reports, TrustPilot, and BB, just goggle Poizon and you will find so many bad reviews!! I wish I had read the reviews before I place an order, I would have never ordered from here, shame on me for believing in this website.
It has been a horrible experience, and I don't wish this upon anyone. I feel completely robbed from this whole experience, I just wanted the 6.5 pair of shoes, that's it!

Sizing and Pricing issues
My hope is that this review DOES NOT fall on deaf ears! I do not like my time wasted. There are two MAJOR ISSUES I have regarding this particular product and my experience. For starters, I had to order a size 2xl (double extra-large) in order to accommodate my actual size (extra-large) an xl. Upon ordering, this scenario gave me a lack of confidence in the product and its authenticity, overall. My second issue is regarding the product pricing. Although I was able to get this particular item at a lesser price then on most other sites, it was still pricy! So, with price changes (due to a forced size increase) reflected even more negatively in the end price. Not ok! Do better, if you are going to compete within the American products and services landscape!
