SIG hoodie too small. Quality seems ok, but company is unresponsive to emails for replacement. Why, oh why, did I ever purchase through @instagram link. Never again.

Bought a SIG Sweatshirt, and 5 weeks later I finally got it and it’s NOTHING like the picture. Cheap china made junk! I honestly wouldn’t give $5 for it if I saw it in a store. Don’t waste your money. This company is a scam.

Pretty sure this company is a complete scam. Ordered items, tracking said it was delivered and it never was. I tried reaching out to customer service 2x and no response.
Do not order anything from this company.

My order got caught up in the xmas rush so shipping was slow. Can't really blame them tho. Package arrived safe and matches the description perfectly. satisfied overall.

Well… I finally got the hoodie in the mail. Always order one size bigger if you’re getting something from china. I got a large since I normally wear medium. Very cheap material for the price. There is no hand pouch on the front. The hood is massive! It looks really weird. Maybe my wife can sew a different hood on. The print is pretty good along with the sewn on patch. Other than that, would not buy from this site.

The worst possible company ever and I am pretty sure sig sauer is being used illegally. My girl ordered in November and we are still waiting. They give some BS tracking info. This is a Chinese company and they are a fraud.

This company sucks colors were not what was ordered and the patch on the sleeve was sewed on upside down! Yes the Chinese are more advanced than us! Bite my ass! Don’t order anything from this company their eyes can’t handle making anything ! Stretched too tight!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Had 3 jumpers delivered to me, 1 didnt fit, one lasted a single wash and the other was a different colour to what I ordered. All three looked NOTHING like the picture they were advertised under. Cheap, knock off clothing from that part of the world known for cheap, knock off clothing.

I ordered on Dec 4th for a Christmas present and here we are Dec 24th and have no received my order. The order tracks sitting in LA for the past 2 weeks. When I call the carrier they stat they can’t find the package now. I emailed the company the response was here’s your tracking number. Worst service ever and very disappointing because these were Christmas presents. I should have reed the reviews before ordering. Don’t waist your money with this company not sure why they even exist.

Ordered 6weeks before Christmas- 5 weeks go past nothing ! Sent numerous emails no reply!
It’s now 2 days from Christmas and we haven’t got our huge order and no response!!!

Very angry

I ordered 2 hoodies recently, couple days after ordering I received an email with a tracking number, number starts with SF (China).

The email they sent, informing me of the shipment has an option to track. Unfortunately, lol when you click the track option, you're met with a blank page. If you try to login to their site using your "login info" set-up at purchase, it redirects you to Googles search page. I have to say this is by far the worst online shopping experience I have had to date. A class action lawsuit needs to be initiated against this business.

Maybe they could ship the 2XL shirt I ordered rather than the size S they sent, a shirt that would only fit one of my daughters teddy-bear. Avoid these scammers like the plague.
Update.
Their response is to offer me a 20% refund of the item cost only and they recommend that I keep the incorrect item.

DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES.

This company is the worst. It's been a month since I ordered my 2 t shirts. There's no number to call. Email customer service only. They stopped responding to my emails to find out if I'll receive my items or if they'll credit my account back. I contacted my credit card company and filed a claim against them. Please think twice about ordering from polyalien. I will never order from them again.

Absolute garbage, ordered, waited 3 days, finally received a tracking number, to nowhere, still waiting on anything....... Day 11, nothing.

Horrible company. No contact. No email. No phones. 100.00 no shirts no nothing. Save ur money there are plenty of legitimate veteran companies that actually are veterans and that give a s*** about veterans save your money this company is bogus you're going to lose your money you're going to lose your shirts don't do it. As a matter of fact they won't even post this review they tell me that it's under review which means they won't post it there's nothing worse than stolen valor and if you're going to treat fellow veterans this way you're not a veteran I'm trying to find where these guys are located if anybody has any ideas or have ever seen these people and their company I have two three four up to $5,000 to give you in Bitcoin once I pull up to their door

Habe die T-Shirts in der Größe L bestellt und Sie passen leider nicht weshalb ich eine Nummer kleiner haben wollte und die alten auf meine Kosten zurück geschickt hätte. Der Händler weigert sich mir mitzuteilen wohin ich sie zurück senden kann. Zu erwähnen ist das der Händler auf seiner Homepage verspricht, die Ware zurück zu nehmen!!! Das ist Betrug was der Händler macht!!

If I could mark a zero I would. I ordered 6 shirts and when I got them they were like haulter tops, they were so short on me. I am 6’3 and I told them that. They said they would give me 15%discount?!?!

Sizes are not as specified, print is nowhere near the pictures and I got the completely wrong color compared to what I ordered
