These guys are great Iâm talking to the team rn at Rapid+!!
Fiberon PPS-CF10 has been invaluable to our lab â itâs easy to print, and the parts come out extremely strong before annealing.
Love there material. Runs great and amazing quality!
I love Polymaker!! Itâs my favorite filament!!
Great fillament! with great quality and proformance at a low cost you cant go wrong!
Great filament super nice team
Great filament! The fibron line is great value and plenty of options to choose from. Panchroma has so many surface finish options for when I make raw prints. It can be a bit confusing the differences in color/specialty types but overall itâs great- especially for the price.
Fantastic materials and amazing customer service.
Best material quality and customer support ever! by using their (dryed) materials I always got excellent results also by fine tuning settings for those. for engineering parts and good strong parts overall is the way to go. a couple of times I found out some spools were already wet and brittle when opened new and sealed, and I buy those from different retailers, so I contacted Polymaker, and they offered to send me a new spool of the defected ones for free, and answered in real short time, the issue was solved in a matter of hours. incredible. I truly recommend their materials! And I think many bad reviews are from people who do not take the time to tune the printer for the material for optimal results and blame the producer because the product is expensive instead of working on tuning their settings to print it good. If you print it right, it is worth the price for the performance you get!
Worst filament I have ever used. I mainly use Creality products but I ended up buying a roll of PolyMaker from best buy because that was the only place I could find filament local without purchasing online and having to wait. I literally have not been able to make 1 successful print with this stuff and I have a K2 Plus Creality printer. 90% of the time it turns into a spaghetti mess and the other ten, the solid form will brittle and break apart in my hands when taking it off of the bed. I have tried higher temps, I have tried slower speeds, I have tried EVERY kind of print setting you can change and not a single success. This is no exaggeration. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!
I bought three separate spools of filament from the Polymaker Amazon store. Two Polyterra spools, one in charcoal black and one in fossil grey. The third was Loyal Moses' creator LM sparkle green. I typically use Hatchbox for my prints, but I have heard nothing but great things about Polymaker. They also have cardboard spools, which I absolutely adore.
The Loyal Moses creator spool, the PLA Plus WAS AMAZING! I had zero problems with it. So much so that I bought multiple spools of it! I will continue to buy this and the PLA Plus line.
The Polyterra, I had problems. Blobbing, stringing, artifacts, poor adhesion. This went on for a week until I finally got my temperature and retraction settings dialed in specifically for this filament. I can attest that it is quite awesome, I love the matte finish. I will most likely buy more of the Polyterra line in the future.
Polymaker is an outstanding company. I'm working with Polyterra PLA currently and having the sort of issues you would expect with a filament change, along with some novice mistakes. As I'm in a rush to finish this project Polymaker have been there at every step, with a response in less than 24 hours consistently. I can't rate them highly enough. 6/5!
As an company i ordered 2 items from polymaker.
1: Polybox ( to keep filament dry)
2: COPA (nylon) filament
The Polymaker Polybox is made from bad quality:( . The lid from te box is not closing airtight and leave a gap between filament and outside. The hygrometer is a big joke, not accurate and display is not working properly... The numbers are half readible. I put inside the box an professional hygrometer and that one works fine. To my surprise the box does the job of getting the inside humidity of the box to an about: 15% level, which i guess is good. but that is in conjunction of an professional dehumifier in a small room where outside the box the relative humidity is 24/28%. The temp meter looks accurate, sort of...
Is the Polybox worth the money? i don't know, it's expensive for something clearly made in the "far east". i'm a bit dissapointed, but yet i give 2 stars because it give a lower humidity level then out of the box. the COPA (so called nylon ) filament does NOT prove to be any stronger then PETG. i tried alot of different settings and leave it in normal conditions for weeks to (aclimate) the nylon. Nothing works, it prints for nylon oke, but i don't see any strenght improvements, offcourse the reason to buy nylon in the first place. it looks all nice and such but don't be decieved! for the nylon i want to see a clearly non science proven improvement of strenght, this prove was absence and (for me) not a reason to buy it again. I think their COPA easy-to-print-nylon have to much compensation to print easy over the importance of strength. One tip of store the nylon filament of any kind is: use the polybox and close the box as good as you can, but also put the nylon filament in a resealable aluminium bag and put some silica gel bags inside. This suppose to be sufficent enough. No (major) moisture problem yet..
