I used to buy replacement hoses at retail stores. Your price is less than a half.

I ordered parts to pretty much rebuild my pool vac entirely. A new vac (Barracuda T5) would have been $325 - $350. By ordering $90 of parts from PoolVacParts.com, and 15 minutes work, my Barracuda is all but brand new!
Fast shipping too. Really, if you own a pool vac, this is the place for you when the sun and chemicals eat the life out of your vac.

The service was very good on both occasions I ordered. On the second time I had input the wrong address on the form. The shipping person at the store made the extra effort to contact me to get the correct address to speed up the delivery. I would use this retailer again and recommend to my friends.

I needed a testing kit for for small stream discharge. The one I ordered did not meet the criteria I needed. The employee I spoke with spent time researching and calling Taylor to help me figure out what I needed. I will use this company again and recommend it highly.

My order was delayed by European customs, and Poolvacparts refunded the shipping cost, even though the fault was not theirs!

Unable to return item that was un-used when it did not fix the issue with the item we purchased it for. The policy not to accept any returns on an item that has been unwrapped seems ridiculous...how are you to know if the item you buy will fix the issues if you don't take it out of the package and try it?

Seems to be pretty income oriented & no customer service...pretty good guarantee on getting plenty of money for the products they sell without much concern on getting them back, regardless of why.

Researched, ordered the parts and received a good price all in a matter of a few minutes. The parts arrived as advertised in good condition and my vacuum is running like new again. That s all I ask for these days.

I called PoolVacParts to ask for advice before ordering replacement parts for my Hayward Shark Vac. The employee with the most experience was not in. They took my name and telephone number. My call was returned promptly. I was given advice that proved accurate. I will return to PoolVacParts when I need advice and parts.
