Both times I ordered I followed their sizing chart exactly. The first time was uncomfortably big but could be overlooked as they were oversized items and the postage back would have been almost the same as a possible refund and not worth it. (Over $200!)

The next was so small it was ridiculous. I am a 14/16 Australian ordered the XL as advised and what came was the equivalent of a size 10 pushing 12 AU. ($122 AUD order)
I set out to return the leggings, an unfriendly process if you're Australian as you pay return shipping, another $30ish for a pair of light leggings. Posted the item and it was delivered just over a week ago 13/05, no refund. I have had to contact them and chase it up. Edit: They have just now processed a refund for leggings and am waiting upto 7 days before its back in my bank
Hundreds of dollars wasted on subpar clothing that has worse that has worse sizing than the "non descript" cheap brands on eBay or amazon. Considering how expensive it is I would have expected better service both in quality and in the returns process.
Small credit where due: After I left a review with photo evidence after I started the return process they did offer a 25%off a future purchase. At this point I just what money back I can for the leggings.
Lesson learnt. Will never recommend them, will never buy from them again.

Their customer service is terrible. I returned items and requested a refund for said items and they sent me the exact items back for an "exchange". They refuse to resolve the issue for me and now I'm stuck with clothes that are too small and having to make a dispute for the charges with my bank. Terrible company and the size charts aren't accurate!

Ich habe Popflex ÃŒber Instagram kennengelernt. Dort sowie auf YouTube habe ich nur positive Erfahrungen gefunden. Als ich bestellen wollte, bin ich hier auf die ganzen negativen Kommentare gestoÃen. Ich war mit nicht mehr ganz sicher ob ich bestellen sollte.
Wollte das ganze trotzdem fÃŒr mich selbst testen und habe dort bestellt. Innerhalb eines Tages habe ich die VersandbestÀtigung erhalten. Nach 11 Tagen ist es dann schlieÃlich angekommen. Ich kann leider ÃŒberhaupt nicht verstehen warum so viele schreiben, dass die QualitÀt schlecht sei. Ich bin top zufrieden.
Keine losen FÀden oder aufgehende NÀhte.
Auch der Stoff ist super soft.
Werde definitiv nochmals bestellen.
It's a small, awkward world...
Their products (I purchased a bra and yoga pants) run a full size small even though you're given a sizing chart to help you select the correct size. Returns are awkward. I actually wanted to exchange the way-too-small pants for a better size, but they were out of the size I needed. After that fail, I tried to exchange the pants for a different top instead, but I was only given the option to exchange pants for pants. That's a lost sale right there.

I placed a huge order of £900, and checked all the sizes to make sure everything was fine before purchasing because I knew its an international order. I even went a size up on the sports bras. However, when i got the items the bras wouldnât fit me at all! I have no idea how dare they put a size on an item thats probably more like a M than an XL. Moreover the zipper on the bag I ordered was faulty. They said that if i want to return the items I'm responsible to pay the delivery fees. I told them that I don't want to pay for the postage because its not my fault that they put a size XL on a tiny sports bra. They gave me some excuses that everybodyâs body is different. Ok I get that but L-XL is my size with all brands except this one so Im not in the wrong here. Stay away from this brand! If you donât want to waste your money
Returns are a nightmare
I used the sizing guide, but item was too small. Returning is a NIGHTMARE. There is only one way and if you don't have access to a printer, you will have to use up a lot of time trying to find a UPS store that will attempt to print off return label from your cell phone for you. If I had know returns would be this difficult, I never would have placed an order with them. Why can't I return by regular mail and NOT have mailing fee taken out of my refund??? I can pay the USPS to mail it back. Why isn't that an option??

But shipping is slow, the tracking doesnt work properly, YOU are resposible should your package get lost while returning (horrible customer service). Overall the items are overpriced for how bad the quality is. You pay more because shes an influencer

I ordered shortly before Christmas. Unfortunately, my package couldn't be delivered (it took until January with costum checks and all) because I did not have the tax fee in cash at home. So the delivery person and I agreed that she'll bring it to the postal office, where I can go and pay the tax when I pick it up. But, the package got lost in transition and never ended up at the postal station. I tried everything to get it, but it could not be found. So I wrote the costumer service and luckily got a full refund. Thus, the four stars for the great customer service! If I ever place another order, I'll chose a different method of delivery (I chose regular instead of express), maybe then the postal service don't mess it up...

FÃŒr Lieferungen ausserhalb der USA wird eine Lieferzeit von 2-5 Wochen angegeben was viel zu lange ist. Sehr fraglich fÃŒr dass es von Utah, US, aus geliefert wird.
Dass nach Eingang der Bestellung 1-3 Tage vergehen, ist verstÀndlich aber danach folgt eine sehr lange Wartezeit. Seit dem 15.01.2024 hat sich mein Lieferstatus nicht aktualisiert obwohl die Lieferung an der Abgangsstelle befindet um in die Schweiz zu transportieren. Heute ist der 18.01.2024 und ich vermute stark, dass es noch 1 Woche dauert bis mal eine Aktualisierung folgt.

Bei 2 Produkten gibt es 2in1 Grössen was ich sehr fragwÌrdig finde. Weil das erschwert das Bestellen um einiges. Die Massangaben der Models sind nicht wirklich hilfreich.

One of the worst return policies i've ever encountered too. They actually require the products to be unworn with original tags on to be returned and have an incredibly short window to be eligible in the first place.

Horrible! Their products don't warrant the high prices. Purchased several items for my daughter for christmas. they were poorly made and the sizes were off. they charge you to return items and they have a very short window for returns. super disappointed. would never buy from them again

The sizing chart is all wrong. I took all my measurements before ordering and the flare leggings I got are comically short. Unless you exchange for another item (impossible for me because they had no options in my size), you are forced to pay return shipping, and you lose your original shipping fee.
Bad sizing, worse customer service
Got two skirts, neither fit. The sizing is so off that there are visibly at least 3 sizes difference between the two despite them only being one size apart. How can one size be so small it's almost impossible to get on and one size up be so large the skirt falls off? I have asked customer service twice for sizing help and they straight up refuse to offer any assistance in finding my correct size. I also communicated to them twice that the sizing is so off I'm convinced I got a skirt that was mislabeled and no response. I have a gift card to spend with them but I honestly don't think I will support this company again at all.

Only partial refund provided for returned item
I ordered an item which was identified as small but ran very large. So I returned it. I was not returned the full amount which included shipping and handling. They stayed with part of the amount that I paid. Please beware as they are very devious with not refunding you the full amount you paid. While I love the workouts, unfortunately I will no longer be purchasing from popflex any more. :(
Jumpsuit broke
I have the jumpsuit. An absolutely beautiful piece, sadly the fabric broke in two places after just three wears. But those three times I looked fab.

I have been following Cassey for years and was so excited about my first purchase, however, I was deeply disappointed. I don't usually leave reviews unless I am raving about something. Still, I decided to make an exception and provide a bad review because I want others who are excited and have worked hard for the money (because let's be honest, these aren't cheap clothes) to have more information before they make up their minds about a purchase.
I am outside of the US, and when I saw the Black Friday sale I was excited about it being my opportunity to get something from Popflex. I bought three leggings, 2 at a discount, and one at full price. A friend of mine referred me and I opened the webpage from the email saying that I would be getting an additional 20% off (I did not and there was no way to add the code because they don't send codes, you are just supposed to trust it will work -it doesn't).
I wanted the items so badly, and I was already getting an okay discount on two out of three so I decided to buy them anyway. Once I placed my order I waited for the shipment. Since it is international, I know it can take a while so I was not in a hurry. However, getting it has been so difficult and I just heard that now I have to pay an additional 31 euros to be able to get my package.
I usually buy clothes and other items that ship from the US and have never been expected to pay additional taxes or make extra steps to be able to get my purchase. If I had known, I wouldn't have bought it. With that price difference, I could have bought some leggings from Lululemon that ship from my country of residence and that have WAY better customer service.
So, if you are from outside the US you might want to consider looking for alternative options before buying. Honestly, I'm so displeased. I had great expectations for this purchase and now I am heartbroken and spending so much more than I intentionally wanted/intended.

I have ordered from them several times, most recently on a BF/cyber weekend sale this weekend. Their items are sturdy and constructed of thick materials, which is nice. The two zip cloud hoodies I received are cut relatively short and don't fit over the shoulders as nicely as I would like. Kind of slouchy and frumpy. It is not flattering, but I understand that slouchy and frumpy is the look Popflex is going for. The half-zip warm-up hoodie wristbands are tight-cut, cut off circulation, and uncomfortable. I have only worn it once since purchasing it. The shruggie is cute but can only be worn without other layering.
I gave this item away to a friend because it was not a suitable piece. The clothes are okay, but customer service is definitely my final negative mark. I had issues with the USD to CAD exchange during their cyber sale, which resulted in me being excluded from the promotion. Keep in mind that I ordered from them specifically for the promotion based on my previous purchases. When I reached out to them the same day, they responded that I could not be included because the item had shipped, and I also could not modify it. In an attempt to work with customer service, they kept repeating the same "clarification" tactics to put me off and citing policies that seemed silly or non-sympathetic to my circumstances. Customer service is paramount when shopping online. I will return to a company to purchase overpriced goods in so many situations because of how they treat their customers when they have a bad experience or are looking for a reasonable solution. Had their customer service provided a solution to my concerns, I would have continued purchasing from them based on this to see if any other items worked for me, even though the quality of the products does not meet the price points. I would not recommend purchasing from Popflex to anyone considering it due to their customer service practices, product cost and how risky online shopping can be with your time and money. Stick with Lululemon or Alo Yoga, all of which have excellent customer service!

Iâve been trying to buy from this company because my kids like it, I think some of the things are comfy but their buisness practices suck. It takes 2 weeks to even get a shipment. They clearly expect you to sit at home for whatever time ups feels like coming to your house. I spent a ridiculous amount of money. Sent 3 emails the first 2 they were so sorry, would just drop off my order, then decided they wanted a signature I guess for the 3rd order. Iâve done everything. Sat on hold
For 3 hours with UPS, tried to get my order, emailed popflex. These jerks have made this so not worth the time, so inconvenient. I never signed anything I would sign for an order. Itâs simple I never would have ordered from a company that makes a person do this. Letâs see if they will make it right but so far this has been a hell of an experience

Ordered two jumpsuits- shipping time was average and the quality was alright. However, the items didnât quite fit. I decided to exchange for another size. Their website claims exchanges are free, but upon submitting the exchange they actually charge $5.95 to ship back. I reached out to customer service and they let me know there is a âglitchâ and their exchanges werenât being process for free. Luckily, they refunded me the cost of shipping. Fast forward A MONTH, I email customer service to be told there is an âinventory issueâ and they donât have the product I want exchanged. They offer a refund but knock $15 off the amount I paid because âyouâre maxed out on refunds because we refunded you for shipping.â UmmâŠwhat?! Needless to say there are some serious issues with this business and Iâm in a back and forth battle trying to get all of my money back. Take your money and business elsewhere.
