Visited porcelonsa Cardiff as we was struggling to find the perfect tile for our house renovation. We was greeted by the lovely Sophie, no pressure selling, very helpful and knowledgeable and with her input we managed to source all of our tiles for 1 main bathroom, 2 en-suites and 1 downstairs WC. Not one to normally leave reviews but felt this one was necessary.

Great experience. Our sales person Abby Matthews was very helpful and efficient in dealing with our order.

James Ferguson was superb. Great customer service. Quick action taken to place my order and deal with payment.

We recently visited the Warrington showroom and had a really helpful visit with Lianne Veiga. She showed us different products and helped us pull together our rough ideas. Really helpful and would highly recommend.

Manish Raval served me today and I never write reviews but this guy was so helpful in a stressful situation I’m so grateful he found exactly what I needed ready to collect first thing next morning and gave me a great price for a great product , love the tiles Thank you Manish !

Lianne Veiga has been absolutely brilliant throughout the process. We originally visited Porcelanosa looking at both bathroom fixtures and tiles, and Lianne was incredibly patient while we explored lots of different options.

She took over from a colleague who had left and managed everything seamlessly, which made the whole process much easier. In the end, we decided to order our tiles through Porcelanosa but went elsewhere for the bathroom fixtures, purely because we preferred another manufacturer’s design. Lianne was completely professional about this and did not take offence at all, which we really appreciated.

She also helped us secure a fantastic discount on the tiles, which saved us a fortune.

My customer recently ordered their bathroom tiles from Porcelanosa in Newcastle. Unfortunately we did not order enough for the full job due to them being big tiles and were unable to use the offcuts due to the layout of the grout lines. We also had an issue with one of the floor tiles due to it forming a crack as it was cut but Katie from Porcelanosa was fantastic and sorted everything out quickly and efficiently.

Newcastle Porcelanosa - We have purchased tiles from the Newcastle branch before, ensured our new home had Porcelanosa tiles installed so why would we not go back again. We needed a few tiles, so made contact with Katie Rawlings who was more than happy to help. After a few emails, tiles ordered, paid for and delivery booked. Cannot get a better service. Thank you Katie

Abby (Matthews) was a very pleasant salesperson and helped me gauge the amount to order and when I realised I needed a bit a more she gave me at same price even though sale period had ended . She was also able to hold delivery for a couple of months until I was able to get project started

Porcelanosa me ha decepcionado por su falta de nivel y de atencion a sus clientes. Nos hemos puesto en contacto con el servicio de atencion al cliente y no ha sabido encuentrar una salida a una pessimo design de su ducha de bano. Hemos tenido la mala suerte de haber puesto un suelo imitando la madera de Porcelanosa y el color ha sido un desastre. En sus cajas había claramente un defecto de color que no han admitido. Lo mismo ahora con un bañó designado para no ser limpiado ya que no lleva una manguera flexible para limpiar. Esto revela dos cosas de esta empresa de Lujo de material, no saben tratar correctamente a sus clientes y ademas no tienen idea de como designar a un bañó. Les aconsejo de girarse para empresas que tratan bien a sus clientes, es la clave del siglo XXI. Nadie quiere pagar caro un servicio tan pesimo y estándares muy bajos.

Had to order tiles for a repair job in my bathroom that house builder had installed - Sales Consultant Abby Matthews was a great help, sourching the tiles from my description and checking stock and sending pics to me, which i eventaully purchased. Would buy again from Porcelanosa :)

Was served by James Ferguson today in your Edinburgh branch, he was friendly attentive without pushing and we left happy with exactly what we wanted. Would recommend Porselanosa in Edinburgh!

We ordered our floor tiles with Porcelanosa (in the sale!) and, so far, we really love them! They are beautiful quality! Rachel Camilleri was a great help in the ordering and supply process, always ready to support us. Her communication was fab too. The whole team there are lovely (thanks to Gloria, Pierre and other colleagues who helped us too) and the showroom is big and beautiful and it really helps to see the floor tiles down. We would definitely contact Rachel again if we need more tiles.

PRODUITS PORCELANOSA À FUIR !!

J’ai commandé des plaques en céramique chez Porcelanosa. Dès la livraison je constate que chaque plaque comporte des défauts majeurs (un grand trait rectiligne rouge exogène traverse la surface de la plaque, perpendiculairement au sens du veinage marbré beige. Une autre plaque marbrée beige aussi comporte un amas de grosses marques d’éclats noirs de production incrustées sous l’émail).

DES DÉFAUTS FLAGRANTS

Je ne comprends même pas qu’une telle marchandise ait pu quitter leur atelier pour livraison à un client !

Le transporteur choisi par Porcelanosa encore présent, j’ai appelé le magasin en charge pour signaler les défauts. Je ne voulais pas réceptionner la commande. Il m’a été expliqué expressément que la procédure était :

1. que je ne devais surtout pas faire repartir la livraison (parce que cela allait leur coûter cher en stockage auprès du transporteur) mais qu’un enlèvement et remplacement serait organisé,

2. qu’il faut seulement que j’émette une réserve sur le bon de livraison avec le mot « défaut » et envoie des photos. Ce que j’ai fait par e-mail comme demandé.

Depuis lors, silence radio. Aucune réponse à mes e-mails avec photos à l’appui.

Je dois stocker moi-même ces grandes plaques de 3 mètres de hauteur chez moi. Cela met aussi en suspens mon chantier. Porcelanosa s'en moque.

Par contre, comme mentionné par un autre client dans les commentaires, avant livraison on est harcelé par e-mails et au téléphone pour le paiement de la marchandise. Des e-mails récurrents écrits en gros caractères, en gras, en rouge et soulignés (très peu professionnels, mais par contre très agressifs), sont aussi envoyés par une assistante pour relances avant même la date butoir initialement annoncé de dernier règlement.

Les produits semblent de qualité en showroom et sont plus chers qu'ailleurs. MAIS ATTENTION, CE N’EST PAS DU TOUT LA QUALITÉ DE PRODUITS QUE PORCELANOSA ENVOIE AUX CLIENTS !!

De plus, DÈS QUE L’ARGENT EST ENCAISSÉ ET QU’IL Y A UN PROBLÈME AVEC LEURS PRODUITS, vous faites face à une ENTREPRISE FANTÔME, aucune réponse, ou tentative de résolution n’est apportée.

AUCUN SERVICE CLIENT. Cela est aberrant. ENTREPRISE PAS DU TOUT SÉRIEUSE.
PORCELANOSA EST À FUIR. Ne vous faites pas avoir !
