Popped into the Edinburgh store to enquire about replacement parts for a toilet flushplate versus the price of a new one. Spoke to James Ferguson who took all the details and advised that he would check availability of the spare parts and price everything up.

James did just that and followed up with a detailed e-mail detailing the various spare part options and the costs for each as well as detailing a leadtime of 5-6 weeks for the spares to arrive from Spain. He also provided the price a new flush plate with a 20% discount applied and advised that they could get this in from their Glasgow store, which had it in stock, within a couple of days.

I decided to go with the brand new faceplate and used the payment link to pay for and order the faceplate. James then e-mailed me today that they had received payment and that he had ordered the faceplate and would give me a call when it arrives in Edinburgh.

We visited the Croydon showroom in January with some ideas as to what we wanted for our new bathroom, but dealing with Kate made the decision process so easy and engaging.

Kate took the time to get to know us and chatted and joked with our (grumpy at the time!!) nine-year old to put us at ease and provided a first class customer experience.

Kate was so helpful in advising us on the different options, how to achieve the best look for the space we had and our bathroom now looks absolutely stunning - thank you!!

Kate and her team really stepped up when we needed some of the tiles at short notice and extra ones later in the project and delivery was scheduled seamlessly - our original 40% discount was even honoured throughout.

The bathroom will look amazing for years to come and we would not hesitate in recommending and using Porcelanosa again for our next home project.

John Lawrence is an outstanding salesperson at Porcelenosa Warrington. He has an almost encyclopaedic knowledge of Porcelenosa bathroom products & enjoys engaging with the customer to provide the best possible outcome for them. We have made 2 visits : he has provided an outstanding service on both occasions, solving some problems which arose regarding specific products for our awkward bathroom layout after we had consulted our builder..As an example he found a sink of a smaller depth than seemed available to the public on Porcelenosa’s site while maintaining the beautiful style, quality & design we wanted. This showed his incredible patience with us & his engagement with us so that we were delighted with the end result. Our bathroom is now ordered at an excellent price.

Vendeur, très bon conseil et à suivi le dossier jusqu’au bout après le règlement voilà la différence, la cabine de douche présentait des écailles sur la peinture et comme ils ont un service derrière qui est très mal honnête on se retrouve avec une cabine de douche à 1700 € abîmés et il se cache sur le fait que quand on déballe leurs articles, il faut le faire sous caméra ou téléphone qui enregistre la vidéo bref, c’est fini pour moi avec eux car ils sont malhonnêtes dommage, car nous sommes en train de retaper une vieille maison où il faut refaire tout le carrelage, les salles de bain, cuisine, etc. J’irai chez un autre fabricant. Visited the Purley showroom to browse for bathroom tile inspiration and were honestly expecting the tiles and furniture to be out of our budget — so we were pleasantly surprised. Rachel Camilleri was incredibly helpful throughout. She took the time to show us a range of options we loved and was very knowledgeable about what would work best, helping us make more informed decisions. She was also very transparent about pricing, sales, and delivery costs, which meant there were no hidden surprises and we could properly factor everything in. Highly recommend!

Zoe at the Watford branch goes above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. She sees everything through to the end and her communication and key to attention to detail is phenomenal. We have placed many orders that have been flawless with Zoe as she informs you of exactly what the product is and how long the delivery is going to be which gives us as customers a smooth process.Nowaydays it is very scarce to get good customer service and someone that has a passion and knowledge of their job but to say the least Zoe has been excellent!

La posventa muy mala. Una vez que cierran contigo presupuesto con total atención, te dejan de atender. Llevamos para que nos acaben una cocina 3 meses y no dan señales tras los reclamos. Al igual, le pides otros accesorios para cajoneras y la atención muy mala, no echan cuenta. Cierran la venta y no se preocupan del cliente una vez hemos pagado. Lamentable mi experiencia cuando creía que una empresa de tanta categoría aparente iba a darme la atención que esperaba. Hemos sido unos clientes que hemos hecho los pagos cuando se nos ha ido pidiendo y sin demora y el trato no me está gustando. No nos responde a nuestras necesidades y seguimos con la cocina sin acabar.

Craig provided excellent design advice and understood our vision and requirements. The showroom is calm, tranquil and smells delightful. It is a pleasure to go there to view the products.

I’ve worked with a few different people in the Porcelanosa Solihull shop, and while everyone was very kind and knowledgeable, Shane stood out with his personal approach. We ran through a number of ideas, I’ve asked multiple questions, he was always very quick in response. He kindly advised on best combinations of tiles, grouts and accessories, as well as the quantity needed based on my measurements and we ordered just the right amount which I’m very pleased about. Shane was also able to arrange for a few samples of tiles (some we had to purchase, which is a standard practice), and some we borrowed for a few days. This really made a difference in the way we could visualise our future space, and we are ever so pleased with the final results (still a bit more to be done, but we’re pleased with quality and results).

I under ordered flooring and needed more urgently, Helena and David were very helpful and I managed to arrange collection within a few hours. Whilst I appreciate these were a stock item, their efficiency saved my decorator an entire day!
