Excellent company, this is my second time having an order delivered with Postal pickup, the delivered my order really quickly, I highly recommend them
Over all I have found Postal Pickup excellent to use.
The parcel delivery is taking a little longer since Fastway went under.
But I'm sure that will rectify itself in time.
My parcel was taken by Fastway recievers to the Hawkes Bay Hub. The recievers wont deal with me personally as Postal Pickup are the Fastway customers. Parcels are now available to collect at the Hawkes Bay Hub and Postal Pickup laughed at me when I inquired if they would be collecting them. So essentially I have lost a parcel valued at €300 due to their negligence as they are refusing to pick up these Parcels.
No communication whatsoever. They obviously don't value returning customers or customer loyalty.
Would I recommend them? Don't make me laugh. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
*Editing to add that since this review was written the company collected my missing parcel and delivered it yesterday. 11/12/2025.

Avoid! Terrible customer service. Won’t reply to emails should your package be at their depot. Haven’t received my package.
I’ve been using them for months no problems but 2 orders arrived with them this week and still no updates on them, been emailing them and calling them and they keep say it will be delivered the next day and still no update on it
Used to be excellent, now the service is a mess since they brought in a new system after their main courier, Fastway, went bust. I’m still missing packages, and even the packages post-Fastway have not been delivered. I would avoid using their service for the time being until they sort things out, otherwise you might not receive your packages.
Absolutely atrocious service from this company. My parcel has been sitting in their depot since Fastway couriers went into administration with no direct communication from the company as to what is going to happen to it. Yes, Fastway going into administration was not ideal but letting customers sit in the dark is not acceptable either. Even just an email from the company saying they're working on it would be nice. It is amounting to theft at this stage from Postal Pickup.
Really disappointed with the lack of communication since the Fastway receivership situation. I have a time sensitive parcel that I cannot trace and I have struggled to get any information from them to date, despite multiple emails, calls and using the contact form on the website, and I am still unclear of whether they will assist with getting the parcel back from Fastway.
They also updated their website in the middle of this situation, which means you cannot see any orders affected by the Fastway situation and there’s zero information on their website for customers.
I had a few other orders with other companies who have been very proactive with offering help and information and reassurance. Postal Pickup’s response has been very lacking overall and it has put me off using their services in the future.
Absolute legends. Saving me a lot of hassle with their forwarding service. Would 100% recommend. Great pricing and service options available. Was a little apprehensive about using them the first time as I’d seen mixed reviews but I honestly couldn’t fault them!!
Great communication and customer service from employee Martin Doherty. Helped me easily navigate the process with detailed explanations. Brilliant service, would recommend and will use again.
Absolute 5 star service from postal pickup. Great communication. Had 2 parcels arrive today, and Martin confirmed that both would be sent straight down to Cork with the courier. This was my 2nd positive experience with them. Would highly recommend, and will 100% continue to utilise them.
Great service from start to finish,website very easy to navigate,has made buying from UK so much easier,customer service was very courteous and prompt with their response when i contacted them.
I was sent the wrong package. Contacted them and they said they had my correct package and would send it out on the next day. weeks went by and still no package. I contacted them again and they assured me it sent out. More weeks went by and nothing, I have contacted them countless times and they have ignored every email. Do not use this service I am down over €200 which I will never get back.
