Unreliable service and zero communication

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience. I placed an order 10 days ago for a high-ticket garden set (including a Taste by 4 Seasons Outdoor Puglia loungeset and a Sofie side table), with the delivery explicitly scheduled for today.

Based on that confirmation, I took the day off and spent the entire day at home waiting for the delivery. It never showed up.
What makes it worse is the complete lack of customer service:
Emails ignored: I sent an email asking for a status update on my order, but received absolutely no reply.
Phone calls unanswered: I tried calling their customer service number 3 separate times throughout the day, and it just rings indefinitely with no one picking up.

It is completely unacceptable to take nearly €2,000 of a customer's money and then vanish when it comes to delivery day. If you value your time and your peace of mind, buy your garden furniture elsewhere.

We lieten een dure blokhut maken voor een buiten gym. Nadat deze was opgeleverd moesten er nog laatste werkzaamheden plaatsvinden om het eea af cq perfect te maken. Deze zijn na aandringen nu half uitgevoerd onder garantie doch daarna bleef het lang stil. Na reclame biedt Postmus Leiden nu aan het eea af te maken tegen betaling van de netto kosten. Waarom? De blokhut is niet af en de werkzaamheden die nog gedaan moeten worden vallen m.i. onder garantie cq afbouw! Jammer hoor. Postmus Leiden, een gemiste kans.
