After we discovered that our heating was getting worse, we had multiple plumbers work on our system. First a power flush, then the pipe unblocker added, circulated and flushed, then numerous radiators replaced. The conclusion was that we had a proper blockage. Digging up the floors was our last option.

Stephen and co arrived on time at 11 and worked continuously until 6.45 pm. They worked on 20 radiators and when they left we had a completely rejuvenated heating system, which we now realise had never worked well since we moved in 5 years ago. Our home has never been so warm. We had a blockage in the downstairs zone and whatever alchemy was added, our heating is as good as new. We are so grateful for this service as lifting oak floorboard and travertine floor tiles filled us with dread.
I couldn't recommend them enough.
They did a fantastic job.

I had Stephen out today, and a lovely lady. They arrived at 11am and worked through to flush my central heating, which has 9 radiators, with micro bore. What a result. Fantastic guys. I have been so stressed, the last six weeks after a Stroke, and my house was freezing. Totally the opposite now. I can't thank them enough,as local plumbers wouldn't touch it. They sheeted down, and left my house, Clea and tidy. I would highly recommend them. I did pay the no fix,no pay, but was peace of mind. Especially before Xmas.

We’ve had countless engineers come out to try to fix our heating. We got a new boiler. New pump. New radiators and still nothing worked! Nobody wanted to work on it because of the microbore pipes.
We started getting quotes for a brand new system and with kids ripping the floors and carpets was the last thing we wanted to do. Finally the last engineer recommended Powder Flush and we are so grateful he did!
Stephen arrived on time. Him and his colleague got to work straight away and worked without breaks for almost 6 hours!
They were extremely respectful of our house, covered everything and cleaned after themselves. Our dog even got a treat!
We decided to go for the no fix no pay option which was expensive but we thought if it didn’t work, we would have to pay so much more for a new system so every penny saved mattered to us.
Needless to say, our system works like new now! I don’t think it has worked this well in the last 10 years!

I dont really review companies but i felt like i had to with Powderflush, I was extremely happy with the service from Powderflush. They turned up on time, were polite, professional, tidy and got the job done without any fuss. My heating’s working way bettter now, and they took the time to explain what they’d done in a way that actually made sense, Stephen really knows his stuff. Would definitely use them again if I ever need anything done like this again and happily recommend to others.

We live in a 70s house with plastic pipework and every engineer told us that flushing wouldn’t work. PowDer Flush proved them wrong. They were the only ones willing to take on the job and they absolutely delivered. Heating works perfectly now, and they didn’t need to replace a single pipe.

Our system had been power flushed twice in the past two years with no real improvement. Radiators were cold at the bottom and our boiler was constantly noisy. The team from PowDer Flush used their patented method and the difference is night and day. Heating is now consistent and the system is quiet. Wish I had found them sooner.

Thought we’d need to replace our entire heating system until PowDer Flush came in. It was amazing to watch their pellet-based cleaning in action. They managed to get our 30-year-old system working like new again. Definitely not cheap, but the results justify the cost.

Booked them for my elderly mum’s house. Several plumbers had given up on the microbore pipes. Within the day, PowDer Flush had cleared the blockage and the house was warming up properly again. The engineer was respectful, tidy, and explained the whole process thoroughly. Fantastic experience.

I was impressed with how thorough the engineer was during the appointment. Took the time to test the whole system before and after the flush. Explained what the sludge build-up was doing to our boiler and how their method solves it. Clear improvement in heating performance afterward.

I was very impressed and pleased with the service and my heating system is working perfectly.
The loss of a star is due to poor communication.
My plumber recommended PowderFlush and I looked at their website which was very informative and encouraged me to proceed to a booking.
However, I could only find one review on TrustPilot which didn't make good reading. It did reflect some of my negative experiences.
Online booking form - Choosing a date for the service was problematic as the date chosen isn't confirmed until you get a post card and send in a code. So many days go by that, like the previous review, I couldn't have the date chosen.
The post card policy is very unhelpful. I waited nearly a week for my post card.
I sent an email and a text with no reply as to the progress of the posting of the card.
I didn't like that everything was automated without any personal involvement by the company.
I contacted my plumber to seek reassurance. He contacted a local customer who had had their service and was very happy with the result.
My plumber’s reassurance gave me the confidence to progress the booking.
I spent £1,350 without any personal contact and reading a poor review on TrustPilot.
I was very impressed with PowderFlush’s visit and work ethic. Respectful of the house with putting down sheets.
However, again communication was not as I expected. It would have been appreciated if the process, upon arrival, had been explained with my individual heating system. Giving me some knowledge of the process would have given me the confidence of what and how. I found out some great things they did only as they were leaving (cleaning the hot water pipes too, putting on air bleed valves)..
I had to ask a colleague twice, during the visit, how was it going. Letting me know the progress would have been reassuring that everything was going to plan.
When they were leaving I had to ask about the process and talk me through which was met by a confused expression as if an unusual request.
As a further example of poor communication, PowderFlush asked, after their visit, via email, for feedback. Wishing to be helpful I spent an hour supplying a balanced and constructive email reply.
I received no response after a week, until I enquired and then a short reply - ‘Yes, we did’.
PowderFlush provide a great service and well worth the investment.
Poor communication has been a negative experience.
Subsequent to my review I received a threatening email requiring me to remove my review and pay £2,500 out of court or £5,000 as a breach of contract.
I am amazed at this behaviour from my 4 star Review. My only intention was to help and obtain more customers.
