A really good service from this company, and the best solar lights I've had. The 'All year' string lights really do keep working all year, even in our dark and dingy winters. The G40 lights are the brightest solar lights and are an excellent choice for the summer months.

The battery unit failed within 1 day. I have been refused a refund. The customer service team are rude and unhelpful. The resolution was for me to fix it myself. They refused to pay for the cost of sending the goods back. They also don't live up to their 30-day money-back guarantee. I would not touch them with a barge pole

I pre ordered a water fountain on the 20th Feb with estimated delivery on the 11th March, still no sign of it and it’s now the 20th March. I had to reach out to customer service myself as nobody thought to get into touch with me, a lovely customer service person told me rather promptly they had had some trouble but still no expected delivery date. I didn’t press any further as it’s not the customer service persons fault. Not really very pleased by the experience to be honest and I’m questioning whether it’s going to actually arrive. I’ve also checked the website and it says it’s now in stock! So I bet people who haven’t pre ordered it will be getting it before I even do!

We ordered 2 solar lights. Parcel was received quickly however wrong order was received. Emailed company who again replied minutes later told us we could keep light sent in error and the correct order received 2 days later. What a quick turn around. A pleasure to deal with this company. All lights received were of highest quality.

The customer service and fast friendly advice is exceptional and the products excellent.

Very happy with our solar powered pond pump which is used to run a small waterfall. Power bee offered a quality product from a British for. Only runs when there is sufficient sun, but that suits us fine

I purchased 3 outdoor LEDs in November. They were meant to be IP65 waterproof. Over winter water has ingressed into all three lights. I've emailed customer services twice and have not received a response. Purchasing was quick and efficient but their customer service has let them down.

The next day delivery as advertised very pleased with the way the pump works would highly recommend the spray 500 it really gives a good performance

I thought I would put in a review about a solar powered shed light that I purchased some years ago, as it is still on sale and therefore may be of interest to people thinking of making a similar purchase.
I brought a Powerbee Solar Ray 48 Motion – Bright, Motion-Activated Solar Light for Sheds & Garages, back in 2012 and it’s still going strong (in its 14th year now). In January 2026 I had no hesitation in purchasing another for my other garden shed. When I received it, I found that it was almost the same as the previous one, but with a slightly larger solar panel. It too is working perfectly. If its as good as the last one it will probably out last the shed!
Anyone thinking of buying one of these, should be assured that it will give good service if mine is anything to go by.

Ordered the 100 Deluxe fairy lights in October 2024. Just over a year later the stopped working (they wouldn't charge via solar panel). We contacted customer services who were beyond useless. They hid behind the guarantee period (even though it means nothing in law), failed to answer my queries, failed to provide operating instructions requested repeatedly, failed to call me despite numerous requests. They accused me of causing the damage which showed they hadn't read my emails properly because we had not used them incorrectly. However, they were happy to sell me some more shoddy lights.........I don't think so!
