Conned by them

Ordered from France, 5th screen for different bikes that I have had from them. Willing to pay for delivery to France. They sent the item at full price and then I was charged French VAT and duty, no problem, I can claim back the UK VAT. No chance, Powerbronze had claimed it back and kept it. What conmen.

2020 CB500X hugger

Ordered a hugger for my 2020 CB500X , item arrived quickly and excellent quality. Easy to fit and looks great on bike. Keeps rear shock and underside of bike cleaner. I also ordered a fender extender in error and this was cancelled from my order before shipping and refunded the same day. Excellent customer service.!

I ordered some handguard extensions for

I ordered some handguard extensions for my motorbike, those that arrived did not meet my expectations, I contacted the company via sales, after supplying some pictures of my concerns without hesitation replacement items were offered. Very good customer services and an apology for goods that did not meet their quality standards.
Well done Powerbronze Team.
