Urgently needed solvent cleaner that we had used before. Couldn't get it from usual supplier. Good price, arrived promptly. Great service.

Pleasant, helpful staff when I enquired, and swift, efficient service. When I rang with a query about the packaging before opening it, I was given a clear explanation and reassured that if there was any problem it would be replaced. There was none.
Knowledgable staff and a very competitive price - a significantly better deal than Amazon!

Found the product I needed on site but I could not transfer product into the Basket. Telephoned the sales and explained the problem and the Rep. said He would look into the problem and get back to Me. He did about 3 hrs. later due to a problem on the upgraded system. This was on a Friday afternoon at about 4.50 p.m. Should be ok now said the Rep. I ordered what I needed and it was delivered on Tuesday morning at 10.10 am. Brilliant. Can't fault the service and the efficiency of the Rep. in sorting it all out.

Initial email query received prompt reply from Danny. First class product at low price - received the following day. Will definitely use this company in the future.
