I ordered a band saw on line. The price quoted was lower than I could find elsewhere and it looked a really good deal. Within minutes of ordering I received a telephone call to say that it was not in stock and delivery would be in two weeks. I decided that I would go ahead with the order. The band saw arrived exactly when they said it would. I am extremely pleased with the service they provided. They were honest about the fact that it wasn’t in stock, they gave me an honest delivery forecast and then delivered exactly to forecast. Great service and a great price - what more could anyone ask for?

Experience i had was first rate. I ordered a Makita cordless planer DKP180Z as the price was very competitive. Website was easy, communications on the progress of the order we good and the item was delivered within 2 days. Would certainly use this company again

I ordered a hedge trimmer from PowerTools2U, it was very easy to buy, delivery was quick, and the trimmer was great quality and packaged well.

So impressed with this company, I ordered my husband a circular saw for Christmas, which was sold out everywhere, unfortunately they had also no stock left but kept me updated through trying to source one, and through some miracle it's arrived in time and saved my husbands Christmas, great price too. Fab customer service.

I ordered a Dewalt drill which was delivered the next day. It was about £100 cheaper than screwfix and £200 cheaper than Machinemart . I am impressed and would buy from PowerTools2U again.

I ordered x10 1L Everbuild Deep Gap Filler- i checked with Jenny Turner to see if they had the stock in, she confirmed they did, Once i placed the order i receieved and email which has a nice little banner in it with my delivery estimate. which was very clear and easy to understand.

my order came next day, and it had been carefully packaged.

A week ago I ordered and paid for 3 sets of reciprocating saw blades for a work I have to do on 4th Dec. As no delivery had been made I e-mailed the Company for information about it and they replied in the person of Mrs. Sacha Evans that the items were going to be delivered the following day. Yesterday, I received an already opened envelope containing only one set of blades. Consequently, I could not accept the package as it was incomplete. I emailed back the same person with whom I got in touch before making her aware of the situation and asking for urgent action in re-delivering the items. There was no reply despite she read my e-mail. I then called the company's main phone number and a man told me he was going to e-mail Sacha in that regard reassuring me that she was the right person dealing with the issue. I waited until this morning when in the absence of news I phoned her again. She did not answer my call, but I was put through Sarah who said that 2/3 items were out of stock; hence I should wait for one more week until Thursday before a full delivery could be done.
I am very disappointed by the all process as I discarded an offer from a local dealer because of my commitment & payment to this dysfunctional company. I really hope I will get the ordered tools by Thursday next week otherwise the impact this cock-up will have on my work will be unacceptable.

I ordered a strimmer on Friday and as postage of £6.00 could be saved if the order was over £100 I added an electric screwdriver. Looking on their website on the Saturday the order was marked as "complete" which sounded, in the present climate, almost too good to be true. I looked on this site and was dismayed to see some of the negative reviews.

A little worried, I emailed on Monday PM to say I hadn't had any courier details. I woke up on Tuesday to a reply from Sacha saying the order was being packed and would be out the following day. I was woken the next morning by a DPL delivery - it was just the screwdriver. I emailed again and got an immediate reply saying it was two deliveries and, true to their word, the strimmer arrived in the afternoon.

Both tools unpacked and tested and no problems They have been registered with the respective companies for extended warranty without issue.

So despite misgivings, apart from maybe a missing box on the website to say "with warehouse" there were no problems at all. It was a great, quick purchase backed by a fast and responsive customer service to boot. Given the COVID issues it can't be faulted. (By comparison I'm still waiting for a reply from Bosch -a multi-national company to a query about the strimmer model that was sent three days before I used PowerTools2U).

I would recommend and will reuse them without issue. Their price was very reasonable too.
