Item box arrived badly damaged when this was a gift. No reply to email.

I used the MenoGlow Hot Flush Cool Fix Serum & my face flared up almost immediately. Luckily I only tried a small amount as a test but it has left my skin burnt! If you have any kind of sensitivity I would avoid.

Absolutely loved the MenoGlow Cremegel from PRAI, such a light weight but effective moisturiser. I use it day and night and my skin looks radiant, 10/10 recommend.

I am on my 2nd pot of Prai Ageless Superboost Capsules with hyaluronic acid and I am well impressed , my skin is super smooth and the texture has improved.

I naively believed the reviews and wasted money on yet another miracle product 🙄 To test if it worked I used it for a month as directed but just on one arm. Sadly both my arms are still identical, it made no difference. Didn’t expect the cellulite to improve but hoped for a small difference on the crepey skin. Just nothing, I’m mid fifties, never been overweight so wasn’t looking for a miracle, just an improvement on skin tightness. I’m so disappointed with PRAI. Who writes all these positive reviews, are they incentivised by the company? 😢

Ageless Triple Action Tonic anybody thinking of purchasing this product don’t until Prai listen to customer feedback.Great product bit packaging is dreadful,wasted a quarter of the bottle last night as the plastic bung does not stay in place,thought it was a one off until I read other reviews with the same issue.Wasted over £20 on a leaking bottle that each time you push the top back in it comes back off making it really wasteful and difficult to use.

Very disappointed with this company, have tried to reset my account password several times and never received a link by email to do so. Also emailed customer care twice last week to cancel a recurring order (because I can’t get into my account) but no response. The company request you email customer care before returning an item, which I have done, again no response received, so have returned the item anyway. I’m concerned the orders will keep being sent, I’ll be charged and they are not wanted. If it hadn’t been such shocking customer service I would have ordered one item again, but not now. Customer Care please respond!

Disappointed does not work after many weeks of applying! It flakes off the skin with the slightest of touch even when dry a pea size amount, applying any makeup to the area ends in a total mess. Don't waste your money its an expensive frustration its now in the bin!!!!

Bought Prai Ageless Lip & Line Filler and, even though my lip lines aren’t too pronounced, this cream made no difference at all. Don’t waste your money.

I was sent an offer today for 15% off the throat gel. I thought it was a good deal so decided to buy it. I then realised I could not remember the password for the website so I filled in the form to be sent a link to reset my password, that was 3 hours ago and nothing has come through. I thought I had remembered the password so attempted again to buy the item but lo and behold the discount code has now disappeared! I won't be bothering again

I broke out in bumps all over my neck and décolleté after one one application!

Really disappointed in this product. I spent weeks researching and this sounded like the best option for my skin.
However, the consistency/texture of the cream is all lumpy and doesn't feel nice when you're putting it on. It's as if the tub had maybe been opened prior to me getting it so it has gone off.
Also, regardless of how little or much you put on, it goes all gritty and leaves flakes on your skin.
Wouldn't recommend - it's more than I've ever paid for a skin product and definitely not worth it.

Bought Prai neck cream quite expensive but the cream didn't soak in at all and flaked off leaving white flakes all over neck and collar don't recommend for the price

I use quite a few PRAI products I really love their face creams, retinol , eye cream , throat and neck .. I could go on 😂!! I have encouraged friends to try the brand too however , it’s such a shame that the customer service is so dreadful which reflects badly on the brand. I had an e Mail ‘inviting me to be a tester’ but I wasn’t sure if it was legitimate or not so I contacted them - no response - I e- mailed again asking out of courtesy to respond ? They did, said they would investigate. Then nothing. I’ve prompted again and again and now given up as it’s been several weeks ! I’m going to shop around for a different brand now, if you don’t have confidence in the company then you tend to lose confidence in the product ! What a shame :(

I bought the menoglow hot flush serum brand new on eBay for £10.50.and I'm so glad i only paid this and not £30. It doesn't work that much this realistically should be selling at around £10 everywhere as it is only average.

I love the meniglow range. In fact I love all the prai products. I have sensitive skin and need to be really careful what I use but I’ve had no problems.

I love Prai skincare I use all the neck products, I use platinum range for my face, I use the ageless eye duo and upper arm cream. I am 67 all my friends think I look younger it's thanks to Prai.

Ageless eye tight uplift serum. I am 52 and have given this product 2 months and no difference at all. Total waste of money

Bought the throat cream,,it smells very cheap and on application it rolls int bits that drop off onto my clothes,,extremely disappointed,won’t be buying again,,,Don’t believe the hype people

Disappointing that Prai remove negative reviews of their products & only leave the positive ones so the reviews can’t be trusted
