Terrible after sales service, they are willing to help you buy 3000 euro worth of product which includes a demo fridge, the fridge starts leaking water and every attempt for warranty they treat you like you a scam artist just because you don't speak greek.Equality for all is a joke!

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Praktiker

I had a truly awful experience with Praktiker, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend shopping here to anyone. From the moment I walked into the store, I knew something was wrong. The shelves were disorganized, many items were out of stock, and I struggled to find basic products I needed for my project. It felt like the store was poorly maintained overall.

The quality of the items I purchased was shockingly bad. I bought a few power tools, and one of them broke after just a few uses. When I tried to return it, I was met with a rude and unhelpful staff member who told me they couldn’t process returns without a receipt, even though I had the original packaging. I felt like they were just trying to avoid dealing with me.

To make matters worse, I decided to order a few items online, hoping it would be more convenient. The delivery took over a week longer than the estimated time, and when it finally arrived, some items were damaged. I had to spend hours on the phone with customer service, which was frustrating because they were unprofessional and didn’t seem to know how to handle the situation. After all the trouble, they still didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

The entire experience was a nightmare. Poor customer service, subpar products, and delayed deliveries made it clear that Praktiker doesn’t value its customers. I won’t be shopping here again, and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your home improvement needs.

Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει καμία ευθύνη της εταιρείας για αγορές οι οποίες είναι κακής ποιότητας. Αγόρασα μία τραγικής ποιότητας ντουλάπα εξωτερικού χώρου και το φταίξιμο ήταν φυσικά δικό μου όταν τα φύλλα της ντουλάπας έσπασαν από τον αέρα. Λυπάμαι πραγματικά για την έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού, πόσο μάλλον σε ένα προιόν αξίας 90 ευρώ.

Duschwand aus Glas und Spülkasten für Toilette bestellt, da das Glas im Geschäft sowieso nicht lagernd (😂).

Nach 10 Wochen Wartezeit (21.8. Bestellung, 31.10. Absage) und vielen Anrufen, nun heute die Absage. Doch nicht lieferbar. Ohne Worte. 10 Wochen ohne Spülkasten 😂

Τον Απρίλιο 2024 πληρώσαμε με κάρτα 353.90 € για παραγγελία μέσω internet στη εταιρεία PRAKTIKER. Tον Οκτώβριο του 2024, η παραγγελία δεν έχει αποσταλεί ακόμη. Δεκάδες φορές επικοινωνήσαμε τηλεφωνικά, ξοδεύοντας ώρες στην αναμονή σύνδεσης με τον «αρμόδιο» υπάλληλο. Κάθε φορά το έβλεπαν αναγνώριζαν ότι έχουμε δίκιο, και μας υπόσχονταν ότι θα μας στείλουν την παραγγελία ή θα επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα. Δεν έγινε τίποτα από τα δυο. Γνωρίζουν ότι εάν προσφύγουμε στην δικαιοσύνη θα μας στοιχίσει πολλαπλάσια από το ποσό που μας έκλεψαν, και μας κοροϊδεύουν κανονικά.
Το θέμα δεν είναι μόνο τα 354 Ε. Είναι που ήρθαν σαν γερμανική πολυεθνική και έγιναν απατεώνες, αφού ανακάλυψαν ότι στην Ελλάδα υπάρχει ατιμωρησία. Αν αυτή την μεγάλη εταιρεία την κάναμε κλέφτες του internet, τι περιμένουμε από τις άλλες που φυτρώνουν κάθε μέρα στο διαδίκτυο ?

Their online store has terrible customer service. I received a defective product and it has been more than two weeks and they haven’t called back nor resolve it . In the meantime the product went out of stock so won’t be possible to replace . If I go to a store they will not give me a refund if I return it just credit for their store that I don’t need. Every time I call the customer service they tell me that I have to wait for them to call me back . Two weeks on still nothing

Terrible service. Untrained staff. Had to arrange my own pickup for recycling white goods. Order didn't arrive when they said. Paid to have the handle changed on my fridge. 6 weeks later ...still waiting for someone to fix it !!! No voucher for 30€ recycling as they said it wasn't on my invoice. What a mess . I won't be shopping there again

Δεν παραδόθηκε στον προσυμφωνημένο χρόνο η παραγγελία μετά από 15 ημέρες. Τηλεφωνική υποστήριξη, ένα τεράστιο μηδενικό ( 0 ). Αιτήματα από την υποστήριξη πελατών μετά από αίτημα του αιτήματος για πληροφόρηση σε σχέση με την πρόοδο της παραγγελίας. Ακυρώνω την παραγγελία και επιθυμώ επιστροφή χρημάτων 9 Αυγούστου. Με ενημερώνουν ότι θα επικοινωνήσει το τμήμα επιστροφών για την ακύρωση. Παίρνω πάλι τηλέφωνο σήμερα 27 Αυγούστου, 18 ημέρες μετά από την ακύρωση. Το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών με ενημερώνει ότι πρέπει να με πάρουν πίσω τηλέφωνο λόγο φόρτου εργασίας και τους ενημερώνω ότι εφόσον καταγράφουν τη συνομιλία μας θα την καταγράψω και εγώ. Στο σημείο ο υπάλληλος με ενημερώνει ότι δεν συναινεί στην καταγραφή και θα διακόψει τη συνομιλία. Του απαντώ και του λέω ότι βάση Ευρωπαϊκής οδηγίας και νομικού πλαισίου θα τους πάω δικαστικά διότι πρώτον δεν κατάφεραν να στείλουν τα προϊόντα για τα οποία πλήρωσα και δεύτερον διότι έκανα ακύρωση και κανείς δεν έρχεται σε επαφή μαζί μου όπως υποσχέθηκαν πολλές φορές. Σε εκείνο το μαγικό σημείο μου λέει, “μπορώ να κάνω την επιστροφή των χρημάτων άμεσα” στο οποίο απαντώ, “και γιατί δεν μπορούσαν να το κάνουν το ίδιο και οι συνάδελφοί σας στο προηγούμενο τηλεφώνημα μου;” H απάντηση: “Θέλετε να συνεχίσετε τη συζήτηση;” Λέω “δεν υπάρχει και λόγος τώρα πλέον”. Ένα τεράστιο μηδέν σε όλη την αλυσίδα ανθρώπινου δυναμικού λόγο της ανεπάρκειας που έχει ριζώσει μέσα στην εταιρία σας. Μηδέν. Και συνεχίζουμε: Στις 31 Αυγούστου δέχομαι κλίση άπο άγνωστο κινητό. "Γιά σας, απο μεταφορική τηλεφωνώ. Έχουμε το αντικείμενο που περιμένετε από το Praktiker" στο σημείο αυτό καταλαβαίνω πραγματικά γιατί είναι ακόμα μια εταιριούλα που δεν ξέρει τι της γίνεται. Αν ήξερε, θα ήταν ένας κολοσσός και όχι μία εταιρία που προσπαθεί πολύ να μπει σε μία κατηγορία καταστημάτων με σοβαρή online διαθεση προιόντων. Του λέω "Έχω ακυρώσει την παραγγελία και περιμένω επιστροφή χρημάτων". Οπότε ο κύριος μου λέει ότι επιστρέφει το αντικείμενο στην μεταφορική που του έδωσαν το αντικείμενο. Στη συνέχεια τηλεφωνώ για άλλη μία φορά το Praktiker και όπως καταλαβαίνετε ούτε επιστροφή χρημάτων είχε γίνει ουτε τίποτα. Ψέμα πάνω στο ψέμα απο αυτή την φοβερή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Μου είπαν τέλως πάντων ότι θα με πάρει τηλέφωνο μία κυρία απο το το αρμόδιο τμήμα για να με ενημερώσει σχετικά με το τι έχει συμβεί. Πέντε ημέρες μετά και ακόμα περιμένω. Οπότε σήμερα 5 Σεπτέμβρη τηλεφωνώ πάλι για να δώ τι γίνεται... και όπως καταλαβαίνετε κανεις δεν γνωρίζει γιατί έχει συμβεί όλο αυτό και έκαναν άλλο ένα αίτημα για να με πάρει άλλη αρμόδια τηλέφωνο διότι η πρώτη αρμόδια είναι σε άδεια. Η σαπουνόπερα συνεχίζεται άλλα ένα είναι σίγουρο. Ούτε απ'έξω από εδώ και στο εξής. Θα υποστηρίζω μικρότερα καταστήματα διότι το αξίζουν και οι μεν και οι δε. Και ένα μύνημα προς τη διοίκηση του Pratiker: Όλοι χρειάζεστε ξήλωμα διότι τίποτα δεν λειτουργεί σωστα μέσα στις υπερκαταστηματάρες σας, στα γραφεία σας και στα τηλεφωνικά σας κέντρα.

No customer service whatsoever. Being Canadian...and Canadians being known for being patient and polite....it took literally every ounce of self control not to lose my mind. I'm also half Greek so I can also understand and speak the language. Everyone who works there is a "specialist" but in what...avoiding helping customers? We were told to wait for the air conditioner "specialist" and 20 minutes later were told to come back later or tomorrow. Lots of people standing around but not doing anything and literally go in the opposite direction if they see you approaching. Then went to the cashier to purchase a couple of items only to have her lock her register and take off to help a customer while customers were waiting in line....probably because she was calling someone for assistance but nobody came! The person in customer service told me and the other customers to go to the next register and she would be right there but she never came! The other cashier came back and then left again...and someone else finally opened the other register. 15 minutes waiting in line for 2 items....and to think we were going to purchase air conditioning from them! Nope...promptly went somewhere else for AC and will be going to smaller independent storefrom now on even if more expensive. Never again Praktiker!

I ordered a cambinet via Praktiker web site on 14June 2024, I payed 15 June I sent the paymed. I never receive it and after many calls they informed me they canselled the order. I asked to refund my money, I send them again the receipt and my bank amount from 1rst August, I call them many times from then and they still tell me my demand is proceed. They are fraud

Worst experience ever. Ordered tiles that were supposed to be delivered within a week, then called them 2 weeks later to hear "there has been a mistake from the provider, it will come to you next week". 1 month later, still not delivered. I called again to cancel my order and they haven't given my money back yet. I'm taking them to legal court.

Really disappointed , shipping date not guarantee, neither respected . After 30 days of paid order they said one more month to wait. So September ...the building company stopped to build the house... Don't trust to them
No one answers , customer service doesn't speak English. Disaster . Update 4 September ...nothing yet . No answer, no tiles, no money..nothing . they are just thieves

Praktiker is a joke shop. I got an A/C unit from them. After it took ages to deliver it took more time to send an installer. The work done was abysmal at best. The unit is working (this is a miracle) but it rains water down my neighbours. Several calls later I am still waiting. No use contacting their customer service. This is only a title. They do not know what the term means.

Praktiker in Greece has a very bad delivery schedule. It seems that any goods ordered online never delivered for a month or even later - they adviertise delivery withn 7 days!. Also trying to call them is very time consuming and telephone operators can do very little to resolve your problem and get delivery of the goods that have been paid. It is a shame alos that No manager is available to talk on the phone and that Praktiker management donot see this problem.

Worse customer service ever! My order never arrived; they simply don’t answer the call, transfer me to other call-center and keep me on hold for hours!

Praktiker Online is a big Scam! Aftter writing a review on Skroutz they called me immediately. Before they never answered, took my money and never delivered the product until today! They only called me to pursade me to delete the review on Skroutz. Skroutz seems important to them. They offered me a 30 Euro discount from my almost 500 Euros already paid and they even gave me a delivery date for my product and asked me to delete the review on Skroutz. Also they told me, that I could from now on always contact them with a certain Mail adress they gave me, in case of any further problems. Positive: they sent the 30 Euros. Negative: they still have 439 Euros that they stole from me! The delivery date came, but they never delivered. And of course they do not respond at all, after writing many Mails.

Awful experience 😔
Order 2 inverter with free installation, when we went to pick up them they informed us that there isn't any free installation.Try to call the customer service and after waiting almost an hour they told they are busy and they will call me back....never happened.It's a shame!

Spent over 2000 online to pickup at store was to be there in 3 days a week later they have no ideal when coming in . Wouldn't let me change for something else . Had phone a number waste of time. NOT BUY ONLINE HERE !!

Believe all the other reviews and avoid this company if you want to receive your order. Products ordered in May, no delivery and no answer on call centre or when they answer they say they are too busy and hang up.
