The company is unresponsive to any customer grievance. An item I ordered in July was delivered promptly in August but it was not the exact design as it was shown on their website. I had asked for a replacemnt and they picked it up on time. But its October now and the replacement or tracking id never came. In the last communication with them in August their blunt reply was we will deliver when the order is ready. An ingram complaint was filed by me but there they have responded that the exchanged item was delivered without providing any trail or tracking. Now I have given up and consider is a loss of 1650 INR , I would not recommend this brand to anyone. If you do order never exchange or return. This company has shown why it's so hard to trust small brands

Do not buy from here. They are a big scam. Ordered a month ago and prepaid. Not even shipped or response from them.

Even zudio and dmart t shirt 200/300 rs tshirts are better than their quality, awful thing about them no return policy Never buy shit from them the customer care is pathetic buy a road side tshirt you’re better off

Worst customer service and delivery timelines. I wish I would’ve read reviews before ordering as all reviews are around the same theme. Save yourselves this ordeal and do not order from this brand. They commit to no timelines, respond to no queries and just have all waiting endlessly.

⭐ 1/5 – Absolutely pathetic customer service. Think twice before ordering.

Ordered a T-shirt from PRDGY and had to wait almost 20 days for delivery. After finally receiving it, the T-shirt turned out to be too tight despite ordering size M.

I immediately raised a return/exchange request, only to receive a response around 10 days later saying that my return request was rejected.

So basically: 20 days to deliver + 10 days to respond + no solution.

Their customer-care number is practically useless/unreachable, and getting a simple size exchange seems to be an impossible task.

What makes this even more frustrating is that their website talks about “Free Size Exchange” and hassle-free returns, while my actual experience has been completely different. Their current product pages advertise free size exchange and fast dispatch.

The designs may be good, but what's the point if the after-sales service is this poor?

I would strongly recommend fixing your customer service and exchange process before spending money on marketing and acquiring new customers.

If I could give a zero rating I would definitely do that. They don't deserve to be operational. The kind of scam they are running.

On their website they will say "quick delivery, five to six days, whatever." It is so devastatingly bad. The customer support team does not respond. They don't care about you. They couldn't care less. They'll take your money. They will not let you get a refund. They will not even give you a refund for not fulfilling the order on time. They are the textbook definition of a business with AI-generated content, false marketing, false claims, and a pure scam.

They take advance if order is COD. Promise to deliver in 5-6 business days. Then disappear, no contact or update from their side on what is order status. Post multiple follow ups, their reasons for delay keep changing and aren't interested in cancelling/refunding. Their answers keep changing and then stop reverting on emails. I followed up on instagram and their revert is same excuses not willing to take responsibility for the issue, refusing to cancel and refund. I deeply regret ordering from them and I hope others will read this and take caution.

They say they can exchange if size don’t flit but it’s not true. They will never exchange and will never respond to your emails.
