Impossible d'utiliser la carte, fuyez.
Ils disent envoyer un code par mail pour valider la paiement mais le code n'est jamais envoyé. Inacceptable...
Aucun service client pour s'occuper de problème.
N'utilisez jamais ce service.

Effectivement l'utilisation de la carte prépayé se complique par la non acceptation de ce mode de paiement sur de nombreux sites.
Ensuite après une procédure d'annulation de commande, l'argent étant venu en débit du portefeuille numérique ne m'aura été recrédité qu'après un délai de 30 jours pile ce qui est bien trop long, c'est bien ce délai qu'indique prepaid dans ses réponses après un mail envoyé via leur onglet contact. Ce sera la seul et unique expérience pour ma part trop de contrainte, carte reçu par récompense de sondage que je ne choisirai plus.

Les he mandado todos mis datos porque no me dejaban usar una tarjeta prepago de 5€. Fotos de mi permiso de conducir por las dos caras y aún así no me dejan usarla. La experiencia más mala que te puedas imaginar. Me tocó usar esta compañía porque son los que me dieron con la recompensa de las encuestas que hago. Jamás volveré a pedir una tarjeta prepago, es nefasto.

This company stole £325 from me. I added the redemption codes to the wallet and "saved for later". It then no longer allowed me to log in to get the card. Eventually, after several months of email "support" failing to resolve things, I can log in. However, this is because the card has "expired" and they are using it to pay their own bonuses.

I purchased a prepaid Visa card from prepaiddigitalsolutions with a 5 CAD balance and added it to my Google and Paypal accounts. The addition was successful, but the Google transaction was declined with the message "Declined by Real-Time Decisioning (RTD) processing." A bad experience for me. never gonna buy it next time, waste of time and money.

They are thieves saying they can't change my phone nr for otp and can't send otp to my email literally stealing my gift card also declining purchase I made where otp not needed.

This company stole my gift cards by having them expire after less than a year. I spent a ton of time and effort saving corporate points only to have them literally disappear overnight. I have stated the Credit Card law and all responses are canned. Investigating a class action lawsuit for stolen funds.

Das Wort Betrug beschreibt prepaid digital solutions wohl am besten.
Erstmal wird die Karte so gut wie nirgends akzeptiert. Da einen Anbieter zu finden, der eine PDS Karte akzeptiert, ist ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit.
Aus heiterem Himmel war anschließend auch das Guthaben verschwunden, irgendwo nach Bulgarien. Bei DER MASSE an fehlgeschlagenen Transaktionen (auf der Suche nach einem Händler, der diese Karte akzeptiert) war immer eine Bestätigung der Transaktion über eine 6 stellinge Nummer nötig.
Nun die Frage, wie irgendwelche Leute aus Bulgarien die Kreditkartendaten missbräulich nutzen konnten.

Daher!!! ACHTUNG BETRUG!!!!

Solche Probleme hatte ich bei anderen Anbietern wie My prepaid Mastercard/Visa Center oder PCS Mastercard nie.

Ich bin so sauer und zornig. PREPAID DIGITAL SOLUTIONS ist einfach nur digitaler Müll. Der Name Prepaid digital Müll stünde dem Unternehmen besser.
Es waren bei mir Gott sei Dank "nur" €10, bitte nutzt diesen Dienst NICHT!!!

Usage of this card is very limited. Multiple stores won't accept the payment using the card.
Contact center is the whole next level - you get responses which do not solve the problem: They are: "happy to help" but only figuratively. Eventually propose direct call to US.
I reported problem after a bunch of useles email responses they require me to call them! I'd expect, if there is a problem with your product, reputable company, would try to sort it out beeing active part (calling not called one)
That's a pity Trustpilot won't let me assign "negative" stars.
If I only knew these reviews before I purchased prepaid card - it was supposed to be elastic mean to use bonus money I got from my company - in reality it's quite the opposite.
Word of warning for all who consider using this products - RUN AWAY!!!!

This review site won’t let you give 0 stars. Do not have anything to do with this organized theft operation. I was issued a rebate card that expired less than 3 months after I received it. When you call to inquire about it they just say the card is expired and visit their website. You can’t log onto a website without a valid card. I’m sure they keep the money. Just corporate theft.

Horrible. I had two virtual cards through my company benefit system and it is through this supplier. They force for document verification due to "antimoneylaundering" and there is no way to bypass unless you upload a photo of your ID, overkill for a benefit already received official through my company but okay, fine, then the verification fails every time. The only way to contact support is through an online chat, and if you don't write something every 60 seconds the chat is closed automatically, they never send support follow-ups by emails, so there is no history of chat or of the situation. Then after few weeks during which i sent several times my ID document and failed every time, they send me an email that "no response has been received" and access to the payment is not permitted. Their emails are signed "customer support" with no contact details or company name and they ask for sensitive personal data like ID, looks very like phishing emails.

Mon fils a acheté une carte mastercard par l'intermédiaire de Isay (qui ne l'aide pas du tout : honteux , vu les avis sur votre site).
Après avoir demandé la carte d'identité vous demandez le permis de conduire ... Puis plus de nouvelle depuis 15 jours je vais de ce pas vous dénoncer à : signal conso.gouv car vous êtes des voleurs ... Trop de plaintes contre vous ...

J'ai acheté une carte Mastercard par l'intermédiaire d'Isay (qui ne veut rien savoir ) et cela fait plus de 15 jours que j'attends mon argent ... VOLEUR .
Signal conso est au courant je vous ai signalé car après m'avoir demandé ma carte d'identité plus de nouvelles depuis le 26 Mars (mail à l'appui )

I wouldn't give this company even a star if it was possible. I don't believe what are they doing out in the market. I transferred 6.55 Pound and now it is stuck there according to their opinion. I cannot transfer the money, and can't use it to buy it because no one accepts it. When contacted, they say, they have more than 500 merchants who would accept their wallet but do not want to provide even one merchant. I don't want to be mean, but it is the worst invention the world has ever created.

Une arnaque, on ne peut rien effectuer avec cette soi disant carte de paiement a éviter. Service client indisponible et réponse futile.

Absolutely rubbish service.
I received $100 gift card and now looks like they closed my account and I cannot login there.
When writing to the support they just copy-paste responses like clean your cookies 😁
Perfect service to use if you want to waste your time and money.
