Update on my Review below. Because of said review I have received a text from Ryan saying "Just to let you know your warranty is voided and there is no warranty on your car for the rebuilt engine". So basically he has voided both my warranty's because of the negative review. Which un be known to him he cant by law.

Bought a car from Ryan. 5 weeks later engine blew. Needed an engine rebuild which he paid for. But when I went to collect it from the garage they wouldn't release my car as Ryan hadn't paid for other work on previous cars. Ryan also took 3 months to pay off my outstanding balance. Where he came up with excuse after excuse. Like he accidentally paid it to my new finance company. I rang them and they said they have not received any payment. I bougjt the car back in March amd still have not received the log book so in the end Ryan told me he made a mistake filling it out and now I have to do it. I still haven't received it and have been refused the log book by dvla as they needed a proof of sale. Which again he promised so send on multiple occasions. Also my car I bought back in March is still on his website for sale and a higher price than I paid for it. Even though I keep asking him to remove it but again he hasnt. This leads me to believe some of the cars he is selling he doesn't actually have.

If I could give zero stars I would!
I got my car back in June and from day one I had issues, slowed down to 50mph on the motorway in the fast lane.
The car was at the mechanics for weeks with an awful lack of communication from the mechanic and the car dealer “Ryan”.
“Ryan” even offered to give me £100 to write a good review and I have voice notes stating this.
I was told I couldn’t get a refund, even though I was well within my rights as per the consumer rights act. They were ignoring my phonecalls, text messages and emails too. When I received the car back there was a huge oil leak so it had to be taken back. I again asked for a full refund and they began ignoring me again. I have reported them to trading standards.
Awful company, do not buy a car from here if you don’t want to spend thousands of pounds for a car that isn’t road worthy.
I am a verified customer, just because my review is very negative, they won’t say I am.
Please think again before getting a vehicle from here, I have learnt my lesson to steer clear of crooks!

Purchased a Volkswagen Scirocco from Prestige Cars LDN in November 2024. Within just a few weeks, the car began to fail completely: water pump leaking, thermostat broken, coolant pipe cut to bypass proper function, misfire, and engine oil contaminated with fuel. An independent mechanic and a finance-appointed engineer confirmed the car was not roadworthy and not of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

When I contacted Prestige Cars LDN to resolve the issue:

They ignored my phone calls

Did not reply to text messages

Never responded to multiple emails

After being completely ghosted, I filed a Small Claims Court case. I won a County Court Judgment (CCJ) for £800, which they still haven’t paid. I’ve since filed for a warrant of enforcement and had to involve bailiffs to recover the money. Still no resolution, still no contact.

This is the worst kind of dealership: friendly when they want your money, disappears the second something goes wrong.

To make matters worse, the admin fee they charged me wasn’t even disclosed until the day of purchase.
The warranty I was sold through a third-party service? Useless — no garages I contacted would accept it.

Do not be fooled by the polished website or the "Prestige" name. They sold me a broken car, refused to engage like professionals, and now I’m left cleaning up the mess with legal action, finance complaints, and thousands of pounds lost.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy — unless I wanted them to lose money, time, and basic faith in car dealerships.

Stay away from this dealer! They are scammers and the car I purchased was full of issues they have now ghosted me when I ask for the car to be fixed in less than a week of purchasing. They have also put fake reviews on the auto trader page one of which (fraudulently) being put in my name which I didn’t write. Please stay away and save yourselves the money and hassle ! I have to go to court to try and get some money back. They also sent me the v5 after months!!! But also put another car in my name and it’s taking me ages to get my name removed! In the mean time Iv had several parking tickets for it sent to me !! Just avoid at all costs!

Should be called “Dick Turpin Autos” I have previously fallen foul of this company Prestigecarsldn !! They have sold me a vehicle in dangerous condition to which I am now filing a court claim because they haven’t contacted me to sort out any issues. They hid behind a 3month warranty ( when I should be 6 months). Absolute bunch of scammers. !! Don’t buy stay well away !!!

AVOID!! Bought the car from them in February 4 days after I discovered massive oil leak which they were fully aware of as per MOT done just a week before purchase, they assured it was sorted but all they did was wipe the sump cover which was collecting oil and then it was spilling over. After many attempts to contact them with no luck finally they picked up the phone at which point I asked to return the car and get the refund which they refused unless I paid them £1400!!! Yes 1400 for the pleasure of returning their faulty car. After threatening taking it to court they agreed they will take the car but need to 'confirm the leak' at which point they patched the car once again claiming I agreed to repair which was an obvious lie. Car was good for a month and started dumping oil again they took it to a garage again and said it wasn't leaking oil even though I have videos of it. What's more car was supposed to be provided with 2 keys but on the day I got it they said they don't second key on site and will send it to me ASAP which they didn't for another 5 months and when they finally did it was a key to a different car!! Furthermore the V5C they just 'forgot' about and it wasn't sent for about 4 months then after many complaints it was sent under wrong name. In conclusion they are nothing but a bunch of frauds and armatures so absolutely avoid at all costs

Also known as Togo Autos, Chiswick Motors Ltd, Kian Motors, and Auto Motors tsh Ltd, is operated by the family of Hamid Zafar Nabizadeh(Ash), Shabnam Zafar Nabizadeh (Roxassane), and Reza Keshavarz, Syrus. Unfortunately, my personal experience, along with that of others, with these individuals are engaging in deceptive practices and outright scams under the current name Prestigecarsldn. They have a history of selling cars with hidden faults to the public, and they are known to change their business addresses to deceive customers. As a victim of their schemes, I can attest that the vehicles they sold often had undisclosed issues, hidden damages, or were not roadworthy. It is evident that their main goal is to exploit trusting individuals.Steer clear of these scammers and exercise caution when dealing with Prestigecarsldn or any associated entities. Awareness is crucial to protect potential victims from falling prey to their unscrupulous practices.Please join the ‘Victims of Togo Autos’ Facebook group for updates.

The rumour is that this is the new trading name for the serial car scammers last known as TOGO Autos (search the name in Trust Pilot) and a whole host of other names before that.

Clues in support of that are: Non-declaration of the legal entity behind the trading name; Trading from some sort of manaqed office space; No showroom (TOGO kept it's cars hidden in 'secret' locations); A raft of highly suspect reviews (different reviewers making the same spelling mistakes, etc) on Autotrader.

If the rumour is true then these people are seriously bad news and should be stayed well away from.
