The Facebook group 'Victims of TOGO Autos' group has successfully found the true identity of the principal behind TOGO Autos who goes by the false name of 'Roxanne'.

In the process we uncovered 'Roxannes' private address which turns out to be an £800K asset and successfully secured a County Court order against her in her true name at that address.

The County Court order has now been escalated to a High Court order and High Court bailiffs have already begun the enforcement and collection process.

Genuine victims of these serial scammers are invited to apply for group membership where they will be updated on our process and our progress.

Togo Autos, this unethical business changed its name to "Prestige Cars," likely in an attempt to escape its tarnished reputation. Their new location is listed as The Lodge, Harmondsworth Lane, Harmondsworth, West Drayton, Middlesex, UB7 0LQ. However, do not be fooled by the name change; the same individuals behind Togo Autos may still be involved in this operation.
My experience with Togo Autos, now known as Prestige Cars, was nothing short of a nightmare. Togo Autos, now operating under the name Prestige Cars, engaged in deceptive practices and outright scams. They sold dodgy cars to unsuspecting customers, including myself. These vehicles often had undisclosed issues, hidden damages, or were simply not roadworthy. It's clear that their primary objective was to take advantage of trusting individuals.

Paid £1245 for an extended warranty. Liars and thieves, when gear box went down as soon as you ring they block your number. What a bunch of crooks, my own mechanic helped me out hugely and just over £3,000 later is all good. They have a dedicated FB group for all us poor buggers they’ve stolen from, trading standards had at the time over thirty cases outstanding. Do NOT buy from these crooks.

Purchased a car with an extended warranty from them. Paid £1244 for the extended warranty and when the car broke down because it was faulty a week later, they said they would help then blocked all our numbers and email addresses. There is even a Facebook group about them with all their victims on there. Trading standards have numerous cases outstanding. Scammers!

Togo Autos reconfirmed every stereotype associated with the sketchy used car sale person. An absolutely terrible and painful experience from start to finish (it's actually still ongoing 4 months later).

Togo Autos was knowingly falsely advertising the AA branding on their listings and claiming that they had signed the "AA Dealer Promise" when I purchased a car off their listing, even though their affiliation with AA was terminated months earlier. Nathan tried his best to hide this fact from me for as long as possible and finally confirmed this to me in writing moths later.

After purchasing the car:
Tried for months to hide the fact that they lied about their AA affiliation.
Will not return phone calls, voicemails, emails.
Once they have your phone number saved, they will never answer it again. If you can't get through, try calling from a friends' phone and they likely answer when they smell the fresh meat of another potential sales victim.

Hopefully the Motor Ombudsman shuts them down in the near future so more people don't get scammed like I did.

Purchased a Jeep Compass in December 2021 and its been nothing but trouble. I should have listened to my gut but we were desperate for a new car. Yes we may have perhaps been partly at fault, but i want my review to not let others have the same issue.

- We arrived and they were late.
- We met in a car park of a business centre where they have an office but do not store the cars.
- Despite looking immaculate in photos car was filthy but i could see a good car underneath.
-Clearly used WD40 to make it shine in pictures which had caused the bonnet to go all funny.
- they said the car had a full health check
- they said the car had an issue with a sensor. They wanted their garage to fix it despite being aware that we were travelling a distance and if we were to buy it i wanted to drive it a way.
-they were insistent that it was there mechanic that should do the work, but reluctantly reduced the price on the car after some rude haggling.
- Turns out the issue that their mechanic said it was was not the issue. This car has cost us 1000's and spent a long life in the garage and is a bane of my life. I finally have bought another car and was jumping for joy that i could see it go (sadly for scrap) and it turns out they never requested the logbook to be changed.

Avoid these cowboys like the plague.

They sold me a car with several faults, the worst being an oil leak. I returned the car to their mechanics the next day. They kept it for three weeks and gave it back saying it had been repaired. The oil leak persisted. They wouldn't take my calls or said they would call back and never did. I wrote an email, which went unanswered for two months then they wrote back not replying to the email but talking about other works they had had done to the vehicle. The car needed £3,000 worth of repairs. They now will not answer my calls at all or return emails or texts. I checked with their mechanics who admitted that the fault existed when the car was sold and the TOGO knew about it but had asked the mechanics not to repair as it was too expensive. So, they knowingly ripped us off. It is sad that such dishonest and unkind people are out there. Life is hard enough...

Went to view a car, and ended up waiting for near an hour. waiting in a car park with businesses advertised but none with togoautos? big red flag!

When the guy came with the car he seemed not to know anything about the vehicle and would not give his name.

Different number plates on car and no real explanation for this?

Car missing features advertised and no sense of trust.
If you want to buy a car/anything from a business they must show you that they are trustworthy with the products they intend to sell.
OVERALL A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SALESMAN AND NATHAN ON TELEPHONE. NOT TO BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

TOGO AUTOS are a terrible business
They took my deposit and gave me a delivery date, the car never turned up, It was impossible to get through to someone and when i finally did he just kept answering my questions with "I don't know". when the car finally turned up 4 days later The air con was not working i took it in to a local garage as thought it would just need regassing. But the whole motor blower and resistor pack had burnt out and damage to the air con meant it all needed to be replaced. My dealings with togo autos were terrible and they were always hard to get into contact with, but in this case the manager did say they would reimburse me for some of the repairs. But in the end it was all talk and they never gave me anything i had to fix the lot at my own cost. they are not good people and have terrible customer service.

Operated by Hamid Zafar Nabizadeh ,his Sister Shabnam( Roxana) Nabizadeh and two other guys(part of his family)Reza Keshvari and Macan (Marco) Qanbari who have scammed over the years.Selling unsafe, unroadworthy vehicles.
This company are breaking the law.
They use underhand tactics like drawing you in with six months warranty, when actually there is no warranty unless you pay for it.
I question how they got five star reviews in Auto Trader ? Can Auto Trader ‘ verified purchase’ reviews be circumvented/ absued?
Asking their friends and families writing reviews instead of the real customers?!

Avoid at all Cost! Went an hour out of my way to come and look at what was supposed to be a very nice and well kept Nissan Juke and when turned up I was expecting a Full Valet to be performed to the vehicle in question. (I’m a valeter myself) The seats hadn’t been cleaned and there was dirt on the carpets! Let alone having bird dropping marks on the bonnet which had been there a while Yes I know this is a minor thing. Bare in mind before I even set off to come and see this car I had asked if there was any problems with the car or anything that I may need to be aware of… Looking around the outside of the car there was two wheel nuts missing!! The advert said it had been checked by mechanics and was ready for sale! Moving onto under the bonnet there was one of the wheel nuts being used in a vacuum line to block it off! That was enough for me to walk away. I feel sorry for the person who buys this dangerous car!! My mechanic who was with me said he wouldn’t even trust or touch that car with a barge pole!
The staff who brought the car , named Makan was super rude and aggressive while was showing the car !

These scoundrels have been scamming buyers for years aided and abetted by Auto Trader who take their £££ and look away from the criminal and dangerous business of selling unroadworthy vehicles to innocent buyers who are only trusting these fraudsters because they found the vehicle on Auto Trader. Togoautos is only the latest of many identities used in the past and all reviewed negatively by hundreds of buyers leading to the need to frequently change the name to lure more victims. How is this even possible in the UK in 2022?

Absolutely devastated, I went with my relative to buy a car and the service was just appalling. I couldn't believe the state the car was in, the car was described on auto trader as in immaculate condition! (If only I could upload the photos I took it wasn't even valeted). She ended up buying the car as they did a small discount for all of the issues £150 which then after they tried to add a admin fee of £79. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE, until she showed them on auto trader it said no administration fee!!! The gentleman (Marco) kept showing us the official website which wasn't where she saw the advert!! Now not even two days later it's got a warning light and is not drivable.
They have made no contact to resolve this issue!!! Through further research we have found the company have previously used different names, be very careful before dealing with this company.

In response to a reply I have had for a review recently made, which was actually quite comical and very much untrue. Let’s start with
1. Our appointment was 12.30 not 1pm.
2. The sales lady never said once she was not familiar with the car and to wait for another adviser.
3.we did not check the car for over an hour. We drove round the car park and it was clear after 5/10 minutes that the condition was poor.
4.we absolutely was not happy with the condition and walked away clearly telling her we was not happy and definitely wasn’t interested in the car.
5. We never saw another sales advisor and certainly didn’t go the wait to finalise the deal then walk away with no explanation.
6.you should make it clear that you are not an actual garage so customers know what to expect.
7.short staffed and new lady or not the condition of the car was shocking.
8. Not only was the whole experience so poorly delt with you have now come back with completely laughable false claims about ‘your version of events’
9.Judging by other people’s reviews claiming very similar terrible experiences with you this is not a once off occasion.

Make appointment in 10am for 3pm and waiting 30 min for nothing. They haven't office ...Avoid..

Basically sold my self the car had no interest in a deal communication was awful and when I got frustrated they were condescending I love my car but I regret buying from Togo Autos. I am still waiting on half the things they promised with the car.
