Good service and friendly people.

Our engineer Gordon called today for 2 days snagging.He was friendly, and respectful of our home.He took his time to go through our “list of jobs,to do” and nothing was too much trouble.He was very professional,and courteous.He dealt with all of our issues,and more.
He is a credit to Prestige.

Steve allen arrived early on site to do the 3 month snagging on my mums park home. He was very polite and professional right from the start made my mum feel instantly at ease by explaining thoroughly what he was going to do. The jobs were all completed despite the horrible weather and all done to a high standard. Steve is most definately a credit to your company.

Gordon arrived early today and efficiently resolved the remaining snags. He was polite, thorough, and very helpful. The reason for not awarding five stars is due to the unresolved problem with the outside concrete steps, which requires attention from the Park Manager. Despite this, we are pleased with the remedial work and are happy to recommend this company to others.

We had Jake come out today to do the last lot of the snagging. He is a lovely young man very polite, friendly and nothing too much trouble. He completed all the tasks professionally and efficiently cleaned up as he went along then did a final check to make sure all was done and tidy. We can’t fault him and would definitely recommend him. He’s a great advocate for Prestige. Thank you Jake.

Jake and Steve, helpful, polite and explained exactly what they were going to do.

I have had the pleasure of having Jake from Prestige's remedials team on the development for the past few days, he was here to do the standard snagging and settlement issues, however, we discovered a water leak. Jake was helpful in trying to rectify this issue and has been efficient and thorough throughout. Thank you Jake.

After moving into my lodge, I encountered a few snagging issues. Keith, a representative from Prestige, met with me to go over everything. He was polite, helpful, and genuinely listened. He responded professionally and resolved all of the problems quickly and efficiently. I’m very impressed — a big thank you!

Two prestige engineers came out today to complete work on my home. They dont normally visit people's homes on a Fridsy but have done today.
Jake and Paul were very professional, explained what they will be doing, cleaned up befire leaving.

New door fitted by Jake and Steve T. Did an excellent job . Very tidy and left everything as it should be. The finish was excellent and even painted the edges. Would recommend these two and the company.

Turned up as promised. Very knowledgeable. Took time to diagnose window leak and fixed it properly...wind a rain pelted the window that night and not drop came through. Friendly and professional manner.
