Too much stressful experience. Throughout the process, there were allegations being put on us as to if we were non-serious buyers. No polite way to communicate. Always questioning and that too as if you are being instructed to do it asap.

On the day of completion, no way to organise the hand over of keys. The estate agent didn't picked our phone and we had to stand outside the house for an hour in cold with a one year old. Totally unacceptable behavior

Rachel was great from the start. Came to see us at a time that suited us at short notice and advised on a price she felt was achievable. She even came to the house with the photographer to ensure that the highest level of photos were taken using her expertise in what catches buyers attention. She got us 4 offers and we accepted a cash offer at the full asking price which was great.

David has been a fantastic estate agent, keeping us informed throughout our sale and supporting our interests. The process from initial valuation through listings and offers could not have been easier. Fingers crossed now for the sale to go through as smoothly as the rest of the process.

We recently met with Carol Gunn on a viewing> The house was not occupied an Carol had been there early put the heating on and lit the log burner. How many other Estate Agents do that?
Carol was very well informed on the property.
Carol has since valued our current property and was professional in her approach.
She is an asset to PB.

I would never use anyone other than Preston Baker, they’ve been our Estate Agent a few times now and they have been so helpful, productive & get the job done! We’ve sold niche properties (equestrian) and they get the right people through the door, they don’t just rely on Rightmove to do the work, they target the proper audience, I have 100% faith in them so if you use them and be prepared to sell or buy quickly!!

My house sale was completed in a timely manner and the valuation was spot on.

We instructed Carol Gunn at Preston Baker for the sale of our property in Harrogate. Her approach was personal and she spent time to understand our situation.

Worst experience of my life I thought being logical if I'm buying of them I'll sell with them nothing logical there they wanted for me to move into rental accommodation why as they said you'll be in in no time it took 2 years 4 months so much for no time and they actually got the dates wrong the put me with a solicitor who doesn't do new builds then with 2 solicitors who couldn't communicate there so much more you wouldn't belive me all I can say like most people I know say don't go with them waste of space

Gemma was so flexible with our needs when it came to selling our home, we weren’t sure exactly when we would want to list our home and Gemma helped us with preparing the photos and getting all of the marketing ready ahead of time. When we were ready to market Gemma guided us through the process brilliantly, keeping us informed along the way.
