While their customer service team are great communicators, the entire returns and refund process is quite horrendous. It takes days for item to arrive back, then you have to wait a further “up to 7” days for them to process and then when it is processed it states can take up to 10 days, I am fairly certain my moaning and pestering is why I got my refund sorted today instead of waiting another 10 days. As I mentioned to the team members if all their waits add up and actually take that long it’s 23 days! “Working days” for a refund! I just think online shopping proves itself as a bad experience again with this. Further to this deduction of postage, when as a customer you already paid postage is a bad deal and I would be annoyed to pay for my return and for the fact it took end to end 10+ days for me.

Stick to shopping in person and don’t waist your time ordering the yellow halter dress, quality was reminiscent of Shein and boohoo DEFINITELY not worth the £90+ price tag, front seam wasn’t even straight and bust cups wonky.

Customer service at Pretty Lavish 100% helpful any problem or issues they sort it out straight away. Love shopping with Pretty Lavish their clothes are great quality and beautiful stylish clothes also love how they show you how to style the clothing with their videos, thanks to everyone at Pretty Lavish.

Great customer service! I had a unique issue with my return which went wrong because of an error made by post office. Customer service team were very helpful and gave me a full refund. Thanks so much! Also the dresses were a great material unfortunately they were too big so had to return.

I made an error in my order as I was ordering a dress i've had my eye on for a long time which had come back in stock (the previous time I missed out as I took too long to enter my card details). I contacted customer service to update the sender name and apply the welcome code I missed out on due to desperately trying to check out. CS team went above an beyond in only half a day to rectify my mistake of their own kindness. Happy to support a brand like this who puts customer experience first over sales - lots of brands could learn from this!

My order from Pretty Lavish was delivered to the wrong address by DPD. After contacting DPD, I was informed that they are unable to assist further and that I must resolve the issue directly with the sender.
As Pretty Lavish can only be contacted via email, I have already reached out and submitted the required form provided by DPD to initiate an investigation and arrange for my order to be retrieved and delivered to the correct address. However, I have not received any confirmation that my email has been received or that the issue is being addressed.
As I have already paid for this order and have yet to receive any meaningful response or resolution I request a full refund. PL sorry to say, you have nice clothing but your customer service is absolute rubbish!!

I received my dress super quickly! The fit is very flattering and my normal sizing (US 6) fit perfectly! My only complaint is the sheerness/fragility of the fabric. A slightly more opaque and more flexible fabric would be more fitting for this dress. Regardless, I’m keeping it and very excited to wear it to a few spring and summer weddings I’m attending this year!

Lovey items, always wish I could wear everything I see! Only thing for me personally is I would love to see more style options in the bigger sizes (14/16) and items in petite too. Really happy with my purchases though, thank you!

Ordered a jumpsuit which was stunning but it had a slight fault with it. I emailed pretty lavish and the customer service was brilliant - it was resolved very quickly and without any problem. Will definitely be buying from them again

Ordered a coat, paying for delivery. When it arrived, the coat was faulty with a seam which should have run down the front edge running diagonally across the front. Emailed them to let them know it was coming back with a fault, PAID to return it and ordered a replacement paying AGAIN for delivery. When they issued a refund they didn't include the cost incurred in returning a faulty item or the original delivery cost.
What they did do when I emailed them to tell them I was sending back a faulty Item was to tell me not to send it back but to send photographs and give them time to consider it. What is the point of me sending photographs when I am sending back the actual coat? Their return form allows you to show the reason for the return is that the item is faulty. And why should they sit on my money while they "consider" a fault that is patently obvious. If they had looked at it before despatch it presumably ???? would not have been sent out in the first place.
Legally, they are required to pay both the delivery and the return costs when refunding a faulty item. So they are operating outside consumer law.
Lastly, they sent me a link for a review to be published on their own website. Surprise, surprise it does not appear although later reviews by satisfied customers have been uploaded. So don't trust their own reviews as they obviously only show the positive ones.
In fairness they have refunded the money as indicated in their response below and have published the initial review on their website. However, they state they have refunded both delivery costs as a "goodwill" gesture. There is a legal requirement to refund both the delivery and the return costs for faulty goods. They're not doing more than they are legally required to do.

Incredible quality and fast delivery! Choose the 2-5 day delivery and it came within 24 hours. Beautiful dresses and quality is great.
