Not A Great Experience

Upon arrival, there was a wait due to being understaffed. I was able to understand at the time because it happens, but the experience has only gone downhill from there. I asked about the free truck and driver offered for new customers due to needing to move out the next day, was told that they would get back to me. After reaching out the next morning, I was told that the truck was no longer available, and that the one opening they had available for that day had passed. In order to make it up to us, they unlocked one of the carts in lieu of providing the complementary token. Just two days ago, my husband and youngest son spent two hours trying to get into the building due to the door being broken. When my husband needed to get into the space, he was told that there was no way that anyone would be able to get in until the door was fixed and that they were waiting for someone to fix it, no ETA available. He was also told that there was no way that they could be let into the building until the door is fixed. This experience has been more of a headache then it needed to be, and I won't be using them again.

It is disappointing to hear of your experience at our facility. We are very sorry that the truck was already booked for another tenant, and a member of our team should not have delayed following up with you. As for the door situation, our manager explained all that he did to try to assist with the situation, and we apologize that there was a problem on the day your husband tried to access the building. Even when we put forth our best efforts, there are sometimes situations that we cannot control and can only do our best to correct with expediency, which is what we believe the employee was trying to do. It is never our intention to inconvenience our customers, and we apologize to you, your husband and son. We appreciate your honest feedback, and will take this as an opportunity to improve our service.

a clean, quiet facility

very clean, quiet, & professional atmosphere. a great staff really makes this location stand out. what u will not like about this location is the 3rd floor. i didn't spend time on the 2nd floor, so i won't speculate on about that floor. but the 3rd floor really heats up steadily. it makes it difficult to spend any significant time up there. i had to constantly come down to the 1st floor where there is a flow of cool dry air. but if u really want to cool off, the bathroom is the coolest (temperature) place in the building.
