This company is the absolute worst as a former employee the corporate is miserable rude and so damn shady… refuse to pay people they are absolutely terrible. DONT GO HERE KITCHENS ARE MOLDY TOO

Ordered a swimsuit Dec 14. Finally came end of Feb. It is garbage! Construction of the suit looks like a 4 year old sewed it. I took a chance and lost.

The gentleman was on time and very polite, He came in an right to work,solved my problem and within a half hour the problem was solved

Ordered a hat on Aug 19 2021 it’s now Sept 16 2021. Still no merchandise even tried to call 3 days in a row and no answer. I finally wrote a bad comment on their fb page and then they answered me on fb messenger saying my merchandise had been delivered which it has not. They sure did take my money fast out of my account but don’t want to refund it just because they say it’s been delivered l. Bad business I would not order from them again

It took a minute to ship, and even had a bad USPS experience (the package was opened and stained) but customer service was amazing! They didn't hassle me about the issue and sent out a replacement pretty quickly. I would definitely order again.

There was one small issue I had which the company quickly resolved and they were great to work with. The quality of the shirt is very good. Can't wait to show it off! Thank you!

Alright I usually don’t give bad ratings, but this time is just too much. I ordered from pride palace three times. The first time, I received the package. The second time, I never got the package and when I spoke to an employee, he said that I had received it and there was nothing to do. The third time I decided that I was going to replace my order with a new one and see if they’re actually scamming me. Turns out they probably are. It’s been a few months and I have received nothing. Do NOT buy anything from this place.

Another Damned Chinese Scam Company. How can someone find out what country your ordering from. I placed an order 22 days ago, they got my money and I have no idea where my order is or if it's even coming.

I received my shirts about 2 days ago, the products were just as I expected!!! The t-shirts were beautiful and made from a good quality material and the prices were reasonable!!! I love my merchandise and can't wait to wear it, thank you PRIDE!!!!

I love my mama bear tee shirt! I bought it to show my support for my daughter and my nickname is mama bear, it was a perfect fit. Yes, delivery took about 1.5 months but it was worth the wait. I will definitely order from them again!

Most likely a scam.
bought my flag on june 8th still haven't got it. Contacted them but got a very stereotypically message of its coming soon please be patient. and unlike others haven't even got a way to track it

I absolutely love my Pride t-shirt! Many t-shirt places do not offer shirts for larger bodied people. Pride does. I received so many positive compliments from others when I wore this the first time. I can’t wait to wear it again. Thank you! ❤️ Signed Mama Bear!

Ordered the mama bear shirt and it’s awesome. Screening is nice, quality tee, love that you have extended sizes for us big mama bears. Lol. Shipping was good considering the current circumstances. Going to order one for my friend.
